Program Terms

MINICAMP Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions1. Program Overview

The MINICAMP Affiliate Program allows approved publishers to earn commission by promoting MINICAMP products, including kapok body pillows (pregnancy pillows), kids’ room mattresses, floor cushions, teepees, playhouses, and pet products. MINICAMP is a small, handmade, family-owned business focused on comfort, natural materials, and stylish home products.

2. Commission

Standard commission: 10% of product value (excluding VAT, shipping, gift wrapping, and service charges).

Commission is only paid on incremental sales, de-duplicated against other MINICAMP marketing channels (PPC, email, display, direct partnerships, price comparison, other affiliate networks).

Orders using unauthorized or scraped coupon codes will not earn commission. Commission is only paid on approved and officially distributed MINICAMP codes.

Commission is not paid on cancelled or refunded orders.

3. Publisher Types and Promotional Channels

Allowed:
Content publishers, blogs, parenting & lifestyle websites, email marketing, cashback, loyalty programs, and community sites.

Restricted:
PPC search campaigns, paid social advertising, and behavioral retargeting require prior written approval from MINICAMP.

Prohibited:
Publishers may not promote MINICAMP on websites containing adult, illegal, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content.

4. Brand Guidelines

The brand name must always be written as MINICAMP (all caps).

Messaging should emphasize:

comfort and high-quality materials

natural and family-friendly products

stylish and functional design for homes

Publishers should use official MINICAMP product images where possible and must not modify images in misleading ways.

5. PPC / Paid Search Policy

Publishers must obtain prior written approval from MINICAMP before running any PPC or paid search campaigns promoting MINICAMP products.

Without written approval, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Brand keyword bidding

Publishers may not bid on the following keywords or any variations:

MINICAMP

mini camp

MINICAMP pillow

MINICAMP body pillow

MINICAMP pregnancy pillow

MINICAMP teepee

MINICAMP pet bed

Coupon and promotional keyword bidding

Publishers may not bid on:

MINICAMP discount

MINICAMP promo code

MINICAMP coupon

MINICAMP voucher

MINICAMP sale

Misspellings or variations

Publishers may not bid on misspellings or variations of the MINICAMP brand name.

Brand + product combinations

Publishers may not bid on brand + product keywords, such as:

MINICAMP pillow

MINICAMP pregnancy pillow

MINICAMP mattress

MINICAMP pet bed

Display URL restrictions

Publishers may not use MINICAMP or variations of the brand name in the display URL of paid search ads.

Ad copy restrictions

Publishers may not include the MINICAMP brand name in paid search ad titles or descriptions without prior written approval.

Direct linking

Direct linking from paid search advertisements to the MINICAMP website is not permitted without prior written approval.

Publishers running approved PPC campaigns must include MINICAMP brand keywords in their negative keyword lists.

6. De-duplication Policy

Commission is only paid on incremental sales.

Sales originating from MINICAMP PPC campaigns, email campaigns, display advertising, direct partnerships, price comparison engines, in-house publisher programs, or other affiliate networks may be excluded from affiliate commission.

Attribution model: last-click.

7. Coupon / Discount Code Policy

Commission is only paid on approved and officially distributed codes.

Scraped, guessed, or unauthorized coupon codes will result in commission being declined.

Coupon promotions that do not add incremental value may have commission declined.

8. Returns, Cancellations, and Invalid Orders

Commission is not paid if:

order is cancelled

item is returned or refunded

order is deemed duplicate

publisher breaches program terms

order is suspected fraudulent or otherwise invalid

9. Publisher Removal / Suspension

MINICAMP reserves the right to suspend or remove publishers who:

violate program terms

engage in fraudulent or misleading activity

promote MINICAMP on unauthorized websites

harm the MINICAMP brand reputation

Publishers will normally receive 7 days’ notice before removal, unless there is clear evidence of fraud or serious breach, in which case immediate removal may occur.

Temporary suspensions may be applied while suspicious activity is investigated.

10. Program Updates and Notice Periods

Changes to terms or commission rates will be communicated with 7 days’ notice.

Where possible, planned website maintenance that may affect tracking will be communicated with 3 days’ notice.

11. General Terms

Publishers must comply with all applicable advertising, marketing, privacy, and email marketing regulations.

MINICAMP may revise these terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
