Terms and Conditions

Mystery Shirt Club Official – Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these terms:

  • “Mystery Shirt Club Official”, “Mystery Shirt Club”, “we”, “us” or “our” means UKSoccershop, a company registered in Scotland, United Kingdom, trading as Mystery Shirt Club Official, VAT number GB853034935, with registered office at UKSS, 18 Kilbirnie Place, Glasgow, G5 8QR, United Kingdom.
     
  • “Affiliate”, “Publisher”, “you” or “your” means the individual or entity approved to participate in the Mystery Shirt Club Official affiliate programme.
  • “Programme” means the Mystery Shirt Club Official affiliate programme operated via the relevant affiliate network
  • “Network” means the affiliate network through which the Programme is operated.
  • “Customer” means a third party who accesses the Mystery Shirt Club Official website via an Affiliate tracking link and completes a valid purchase.
  • “Qualifying Transaction” means a genuine, tracked and validated sale in accordance with these terms.
  • “Commission” means the fee payable to the Affiliate for Qualifying Transactions, as set out within the Network interface.
  • “Intellectual Property” means all Mystery Shirt Club Official and UKSoccershop trademarks, logos, brand names, images, product names, and creative assets.

References to writing include electronic communications.

 

2. Programme Participation

2.1 Participation in the Programme is subject to approval by Mystery Shirt Club Official and/or the Network. We reserve the right to reject or remove any Affiliate at our sole discretion.

2.2 By participating in the Programme, you agree to comply with:

  • These terms and conditions;
  • The Network’s terms and policies;
  • All applicable UK laws and advertising regulations, including the CAP Code and ASA guidance.

3. Promotion & Marketing Rules

3.1 Affiliates may promote Mystery Shirt Club Official only using approved tracking links, creatives, and brand assets supplied via the Network or directly by us.

3.2 Affiliates must not:

  • Misrepresent Mystery Shirt Club Official, UKSoccershop, or their products;
  • Publish misleading or unsubstantiated claims;
  • Imply endorsement, partnership, or exclusivity where none exists.

    3.3 Affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law (e.g. #ad, #affiliate).

4. Brand & Intellectual Property

4.1 Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Mystery Shirt Club Official and UKSoccershop Intellectual Property solely for the purpose of promoting the Programme.

4.2 Affiliates must not:

  • Alter logos or creative assets without written approval;
  • Register or use domains, subdomains, social media accounts, or paid advertising incorporating Mystery Shirt Club Official, UKSoccershop, or confusingly similar trademarks;
  • Use brand assets in any way that could damage or dilute the brand.

 

5. PPC, Paid Media & Search

5.1 Unless expressly agreed in writing:

  • Affiliates may not bid on Mystery Shirt Club Official or UKSoccershop brand terms, misspellings, or close variants;
  • Affiliates may not use Mystery Shirt Club Official branding in ad copy or direct-link paid search ads to our website.
     

5.2 PPC rules may be updated from time to time within the Network and form part of these terms.

 

6. Commission & Validation

6.1 Commission is payable only on Qualifying Transactions that:

  • Track correctly via the Network;
  • Represent genuine consumer purchases;
  • Are not cancelled, refunded, returned, or deemed fraudulent.

6.2 Commission rates, attribution models, and validation periods are defined within the Network interface and may be amended at our discretion.

6.3 We reserve the right to reverse commission for:

  • Cancelled or returned orders;
  • Breaches of these terms;
  • Non-compliant traffic or promotional methods.
     

7. Prohibited Activity

Affiliates must not engage in:

  • Self-purchases or self-referrals;
  • Incentivised traffic without prior approval;
  • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or artificial tracking methods;
  • Use of adware, malware, browser extensions, or toolbars without explicit consent;
  • Promotion of unauthorised voucher codes or offers.

Any prohibited activity may result in immediate removal from the Programme and forfeiture of unpaid commission.

 

8. Data Protection & Privacy

8.1 Affiliates must comply with UK GDPR and all applicable data protection legislation.

8.2 Affiliates must not collect, process, or store personal data on behalf of Mystery Shirt Club Official or UKSoccershop unless explicitly authorised in writing.

 

9. Termination

9.1 Either party may terminate participation in the Programme at any time via the Network, with or without notice.

9.2 Upon termination:

  • All rights to use Mystery Shirt Club Official and UKSoccershop branding cease immediately;
  • Outstanding commission will be paid only on validated Qualifying Transactions, subject to Network rules.

 

10. Liability & Indemnity

10.1 Mystery Shirt Club Official and UKSoccershop shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or anticipated earnings;
  • Tracking failures or technical issues outside our reasonable control.

10.2 Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mystery Shirt Club Official and UKSoccershop from any claims, losses, or damages arising from breach of these terms or applicable law.

 

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

 

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
