The Forever Post is a storytelling subscription delivered by physical mail. It is emotional, timeless, intimate and slow-paced — the opposite of fast digital content.

Tone of voice

  • Warm, Authentic, Personal
  • Avoid: overly sales-driven tone, aggressive discount messaging, fake urgency.

Visual Identity

Colors

  • Main palette: deep burgundy / vintage red tones
  • Warm neutrals (cream, beige, soft brown)
  • Avoid bright neon or overly flashy colors

Visual Mood

  • Soft lighting
  • Cozy, intimate atmosphere
  • The letters have a slightly vintage aesthetic, but creators do not need to fully replicate that style. The key is warmth and authenticity!

Content Guidelines

Preferred format:

  • Short-form video (TikTok / Reels)
  • Talking-to-camera storytelling, Genuine emotional reaction
  • Unboxing and showing the letter

Encourage:

  • Showing or describing the physical object
  • Talking about slowness in a digital world
  • Explaining how the subscription works: Clearly explains it is a subscription,  mention the Price of the subscription (mention the $9.95 per letter,  and 2 letters are sent per month), mention the story folds over a year
  • You can tease on the story content: mention the main characters, the first episode (to make them want to know the rest of the story!)
