Partners who join the affiliate program must comply with the following conditions:
Approval
All publishers must be approved before joining. Bare Addiction reserves the right to refuse participation or discontinue any partnership at any time.
Creatives and trademarks
Publishers may use only the approved creatives, links and brand assets provided through Awin. Modification, alteration, or recreation of Bare Addiction logos, trademarks, banners, or links is not permitted without written approval. Requests for new creatives or approvals should be sent to info@bareaddiction.com.
PPC policy (not permitted)
PPC activity is not permitted, including brand, product, or generic paid search activity driving traffic to Bare Addiction. This includes, but is not limited to, paid search ads, brand bidding, direct linking from ads to our site, bidding on brand misspellings, and any shopping or search advertising placements. Transactions generated via PPC may be declined and the partnership may be terminated.
Content standards and compliance
- Content must be accurate, appropriate and aligned with Bare Addiction brand values.
- Offensive or discriminatory content, political content, pornographic or erotic references, or content dangerous to people’s health is prohibited.
- Publishers must not make medical claims, cure claims, or misleading before and after claims.
- Social media publishers must clearly disclose affiliate promotion, for example #ad or equivalent disclosure.
- Bare Addiction reserves the right to request edits or removal of content that does not comply with brand guidelines.
Promotions and voucher codes
- This programme is new customers only.
- Publishers may only promote offers and voucher codes that are approved and provided by Bare Addiction and, where applicable, made available through Awin.
- Unauthorised voucher codes, coupon scraping, code leakage, or promotion of unapproved discounts is not permitted. Transactions generated using unauthorised codes may be declined.
Remarketing and retargeting
Remarketing and retargeting activity is not permitted without written approval, including any paid media targeting users who have previously visited Bare Addiction or targeting customer lists.
Validation of transactions and commission
Bare Addiction reserves the right to review and validate transactions before confirming commission. Commission will not be paid on cancelled, fraudulent, returned, or refunded orders, or where programme terms have been breached. In the event of a violation, Bare Addiction may cancel pending transactions and terminate the partnership without notice.
