GENERAL TERMS
1. Programme Overview The Leep Ring Affiliate Programme ("Programme") is operated by Leep Health Limited ("Leep", "we", "us"). By joining the Programme through the Awin network, you ("Affiliate", "Publisher", "you") agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Acceptance into Programme
- Application to the Programme does not guarantee acceptance
- Leep reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion
- We may terminate participation at any time with or without cause
- Affiliates must comply with all Awin network policies and guidelines
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates must accurately represent Leep Ring products and brand
- Affiliates must not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Leep Ring
- Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable advertising standards and FTC/ASA guidelines
- Affiliates must not use spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive marketing practices
- Affiliates must not bid on Leep brand terms in paid search (see PPC Terms below)
- Affiliates must maintain websites/channels that are professional and appropriate
- Affiliates are responsible for all taxes related to commission payments
4. Prohibited Activities
- Self-referral or fraudulent transactions
- Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
- Trademark or brand bidding without authorization
- Misleading redirects or cloaking
- Incentivized clicks without prior written approval
- Presenting our content as your own
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
5. Intellectual Property
- Leep retains all rights to trademarks, logos, and brand assets
- Affiliates may use provided marketing materials only for Programme promotion
- Unauthorized use of Leep intellectual property may result in immediate termination
- Affiliates must remove all Leep branding upon termination
6. Programme Modifications
- Leep reserves the right to modify commission rates, terms, or terminate the Programme with 30 days' notice
- Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
7. Commission
We offer a standard commission of 15% on eligible sales across the Leep range.
Commission is calculated on the net order value, excluding VAT, shipping, and any non-commissionable charges. Transactions resulting from returned, cancelled, or fraudulent orders will not qualify for commission.
We manage our own brand search campaigns and do not allow affiliate PPC bidding. Sales generated through our internal PPC activity are de-duplicated and will not be eligible for commission.
Commissions will be rejected in the following circumstances:
- The order has been returned, refunded, or cancelled in accordance with Leep Health's 30-day returns policy
- The transaction is identified as fraudulent, invalid, or in breach of Leep Health's affiliate programme terms
- The commission has been generated through duplicate tracking or multiple affiliate claims on the same transaction
- The order has been subject to a chargeback or payment dispute
Commissions will be approved within 60 days of the transaction date, provided none of the above conditions apply. Leep Health reserves the right to extend the validation period in cases where a transaction is under active dispute.
