Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

Programme: 6 o'clock Gin Affiliate Programme (via Awin)
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the [Your Brand Name] Affiliate Programme. By joining and promoting our brand, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Publisher Benefits
We are committed to supporting our publishers and helping you succeed.
Approved publishers will receive:
A digital welcome pack upon approval to the programme
Access to regularly updated creative assets, including banners and promotional materials
Ongoing asset refreshes to ensure you have an evolving content bank to maximise performance
Product Gifting:
Publishers who generate 25 validated sales will be eligible to receive complimentary product. Product fulfilment will be arranged directly with the publisher at that time.
2. Commission Structure
We offer a flat 15% commission across all SKUs.
Commission is calculated on the net order value (excluding VAT, shipping, and any applied discounts unless otherwise stated).
3. Validation Process
Commission approval is subject to order validation.
Commission will not be paid on orders that are returned because the customer decides they do not want the product.
Commission will still be paid if an item is returned due to damage or fault, provided the customer submits valid proof to our customer service team.
Orders identified as fraudulent, duplicated, or non-genuine will be declined.
Validation timelines will align with our standard return window and Awin processing policies.
4. Consequences for Breaches
We reserve the right to take appropriate action in the event of policy breaches, including but not limited to:
Commission reversal
Temporary suspension
Permanent removal from the programme
The severity of action taken will depend on the scale and impact of the breach.
5. Voucher Code Usage
Voucher codes and promotional offers will be defined on an ad hoc basis depending on the campaign.
Publishers may only promote codes that are explicitly provided via Awin or directly authorised by us.
Publicising unauthorised codes may result in commission reversal and/or suspension.
6. Branding Guidelines
All publishers must adhere to the brand guidelines provided in the affiliate welcome pack.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Correct logo usage
Approved brand messaging
Accurate product representation
Compliance with advertising standards
We reserve the right to request amendments to content that does not align with our brand positioning.
7. Notice Periods
We will provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice for any significant programme changes that may affect affiliates, including but not limited to:
Commission changes
Structural programme adjustments
Promotional policy updates
Notice will be communicated via Awin and/or email.
8. De-duplication Policy
We do not operate a de-duplication policy within our business.
All tracked and validated sales attributed through Awin will be eligible for commission in accordance with these Terms.
9. Publisher Restrictions & Audience Preference
At present, we do not impose strict publisher restrictions.
However, we particularly value partnerships with publishers who reach:
Lifestyle-forward audiences
Premium consumer segments
Brand-aligned communities
We reserve the right to review publisher alignment at any time to ensure brand fit.
10. General Provisions
Participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time with appropriate notice.
These Terms operate alongside Awin’s standard publisher terms and conditions.
