Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
1. Brand & Trademark Usage
Affiliates may not:
Bid on our brand name, variations, or misspellings in paid search (Google, Bing, etc.)
Use our trademark in domain names or social handles
Imitate our website, creative, or brand identity in a misleading way
Represent themselves as the official brand
All paid search campaigns must exclude our brand keywords as negatives.
2. Coupon & Discount Policy
Affiliates may only promote publicly available coupon codes listed within the Awin interface.
Unauthorized codes may result in commission reversal.
Coupon scraping, toolbar injection, and forced clicks are strictly prohibited.
3. Cashback & Loyalty Sites
Cashback and loyalty affiliates must:
Clearly disclose rewards to customers.
Not override existing affiliate cookies.
Not use misleading promotional language (e.g., “official partner” unless approved).
4. Content & Influencer Guidelines
Content partners must:
Provide original, high-quality content.
Disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with FTC/CAP guidelines.
Not make false claims about product materials, manufacturing, warranties, or shipping times.
No exaggerated claims about durability, lifetime guarantees, or airline approval unless officially stated on our website.
5. PPC & Paid Media Restrictions
Affiliates may not:
Run paid ads directly linking to our site using affiliate links.
Use display URL masking.
Run ads targeting our brand terms.
Any paid social campaigns must be pre-approved.
6. Email Marketing
Affiliates must:
Use opt-in email lists only.
Comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and local regulations.
Not use our brand in subject lines in a misleading way.
7. Commission & Validation
Commission is paid on completed, non-returned orders.
Commission may be reversed for cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or self-referral orders.
Orders placed using unauthorized discount codes may be declined.

8. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
Cookie stuffing
Forced clicks
Adware or malware
Trademark hijacking

9. Programme Changes
