General Program Terms
Commission Approval: Commissions are validated and approved 14 days* after the transaction date. This accounts for our 7-day "no-questions-asked" refund policy plus a small buffer for processing.
Recurring Commissions:* You will earn 30% commission on all subsequent subscription renewals (Monthly/Quarterly) for as long as the customer remains active.
PPC Policy: Affiliates are not permitted* to bid on our brand keywords (e.g., "NewLife.Help", "New Life Help") or any misspellings in search engines. Direct linking from PPC campaigns is allowed for generic keywords only.
Voucher Codes:* Only voucher codes expressly shared through the Awin platform or approved via email are valid for commission. Sales used with unauthorized codes may be declined.
Self-Referrals:* Commissions will not be paid on self-purchases.
De-duplication:* We use a "Last Click" attribution model.
