Commission and earning potential
Minimum 15% commission on all qualifying, approved orders.
Top-performing partners may qualify for custom commission tiers, performance bonuses, and promotional boosts.
If you receive a better offer from a competitor, we’re open to reviewing it with you.
Allowed promotional methods
Affiliates may promote Simple Leaf through honest, compliant, audience-friendly methods, including:
Content websites, blogs, and educational articles
Reviews, comparisons, and product roundups
Email marketing to opt‑in lists only
Social platforms where hemp content is permitted
YouTube, podcasts, and other long‑form formats
Prohibited promotional methods
To maintain program integrity, the following are not allowed:
Spam, unsolicited email, SMS, DMs, or any unsolicited outreach
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, click injection, hidden iframes, or traffic laundering
Browser extensions, toolbars, plug-ins, popups/popunders, or software that overwrites tracking
Misleading incentivized clicks (e.g., “click to unlock” when no exclusive offer exists)
Impersonating Simple Leaf or presenting as an official Simple Leaf entity
Posting or distributing unauthorized coupon codes or misleading pricing
Adult, illegal, hateful, violent, or harmful content
Compliance and content standards
FTC disclosure is required; clearly disclose your affiliate relationship.
No medical claims; do not state that products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Be accurate; do not exaggerate effects, results, shipping, pricing, or guarantees.
Follow all platform rules, advertising laws, and applicable regulations.
Application, monitoring, and enforcement
All publishers are reviewed and approved at our discretion.
We may request changes to content or promotional tactics to maintain compliance.
We may withhold or reverse commissions tied to fraud, abuse, policy violations, canceled orders, refunds, or chargebacks.
We may remove publishers who violate program terms, including immediate removal for serious violations.
