1. Programme Participation
By joining the Tezeus Affiliate Programme, affiliates agree to comply with all programme rules and promotional guidelines as defined within the Awin platform and these Terms.
Tezeus reserves the right to approve, suspend, or remove affiliates at its discretion.
2. Promotional Conduct
Affiliates must promote Tezeus in a transparent and brand-safe manner.
Misleading advertising, impersonation of Tezeus, or any activity that misrepresents the brand is strictly prohibited.
Tezeus may request clarification on promotional methods or traffic sources at any time.
3. Paid Search (PPC)
All paid search activity must comply with the PPC rules defined in the Awin platform settings for this programme.
Tezeus reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions generated from any non-compliant paid search activity.
4. Traffic Quality
Affiliates must not use fraudulent, incentivised, or non-transparent traffic sources, including cookie stuffing, forced clicks, ad injection, or misleading redirects.
5. Commission Eligibility
Commissions are only payable on valid, tracked, non-fraudulent, and non-incentivised sales.
- Tezeus reserves the right to decline or reverse commissions for:
- Non-compliant traffic
- Fraudulent or invalid transactions
- Self-referrals
- Cancelled or returned orders
6. Programme Updates
Tezeus may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
