GamingKit Affiliate Programme — Terms & Conditions
1. Programme Overview
The GamingKit Affiliate Programme enables approved publishers to promote GamingKit products in return for commission on validated sales generated through tracked affiliate links.
Participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of these terms and any additional policies communicated via the affiliate network.
2. Commission & Validation
Commission is paid on successfully tracked, completed, and non-returned orders.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms will not qualify for commission.
GamingKit reserves the right to amend commission rates with reasonable notice via the network interface.
3. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote GamingKit using the following approved methods:
Editorial content and product reviews
Websites and blogs
Social media channels
Email marketing to opted-in subscribers
Cashback and loyalty platforms
Affiliates must ensure all promotional activity is truthful, not misleading, and compliant with applicable advertising regulations.
4. Prohibited Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Brand bidding on GamingKit trademark terms (unless expressly authorised)
Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
Use of misleading or deceptive advertising
Promotion on websites containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
Unauthorised voucher or discount code distribution
Impersonation of GamingKit or acting as the brand
GamingKit reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates found engaging in prohibited activity.
5. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use GamingKit logos and creative assets solely for the purpose of promoting the brand within the affiliate programme.
All intellectual property rights remain the property of GamingKit.
6. Compliance & Legal
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
Advertising standards and disclosure requirements
Data protection and privacy laws
Email marketing regulations
7. Programme Changes
GamingKit reserves the right to:
Modify or suspend the programme
Update these terms at any time
Decline or remove affiliates at its discretion
Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Liability
GamingKit shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the affiliate programme, including loss of revenue or data.
