Branding Guidelines
To ensure consistent and accurate representation of the GamingKit brand, all affiliates must adhere to the following branding guidelines when promoting our products and services.
Brand Representation
Affiliates must represent GamingKit in a professional and accurate manner at all times.
All messaging should be clear, factual, and not misleading or exaggerated.
Affiliates may not present themselves as GamingKit or imply an official partnership beyond participation in the affiliate programme.
Logo & Creative Usage
Only official GamingKit logos and creative assets provided via the affiliate network may be used.
Logos must not be altered, stretched, recoloured, or modified in any way.
Creative assets must not be used in a way that could damage or misrepresent the brand.
Domain & Social Media Restrictions
Affiliates may not:
Register domain names containing “GamingKit” or close variations
Create social media accounts that appear to represent the brand
Use brand trademarks in usernames or handles without permission
Advertising & Messaging
All promotional content must:
Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required
Avoid misleading pricing or claims
Use valid and authorised offers only
Comply with applicable advertising standards and regulations
Paid Search & Brand Terms
Affiliates must comply with the programme PPC policy regarding the use of brand keywords, including restrictions on brand bidding and trademark use in paid ads.
Content Standards
GamingKit may not be promoted on websites or platforms that contain:
Illegal or harmful content
Adult or explicit material
Hate speech or discriminatory content
Misleading or deceptive practices
Compliance & Enforcement
GamingKit reserves the right to request changes or removal of any promotional activity that does not comply with these guidelines.
Failure to comply may result in commission reversal, suspension, or removal from the programme
