Thomas & George Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Affiliates must be over 18 years old and have an active website, blog, or social media channel relevant to Thomas & George products. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links. Commissions are only paid for valid, completed purchases. Returns, cancellations, or fraudulent sales will not qualify for commission.
Tracking & Attribution
Sales are tracked through AWIN’s affiliate tracking system. Each sale is attributed to the affiliate whose link initiated the purchase. Commissions are de-duplicated across other online advertising channels.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Thomas & George using approved banners, links, and creatives. Use of misleading claims, price manipulation, or unauthorized discounts is prohibited. Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws.
Brand Use & Intellectual Property
Affiliates may only use Thomas & George logos, images, and brand assets provided by the programme. Any other use of the brand or trademarks requires written permission.
Programme Changes & Termination
Thomas & George reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate programme, commission rates, or terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes through AWIN.
Payments
Commission payments are issued according to AWIN’s payment schedule and terms. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not engage in fraudulent activity, cookie-stuffing, spam, or any unethical behaviour that harms the brand or customers. Breaches may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
