Partner Program Free2move Affiliate Program Terms
As part of this program, affiliate networks provide links that the affiliate integrates into its website so that users of the affiliate website can access the Free2move website, register there and validate with Free2move with a valid driver’s license.
1.) Search engine marketing
Keyword advertising for Free2move, SHARE NOW, DriveNow and Car2go is not permitted: The use of the protected brand name "Free2move" (including in variations/typos) as a keyword, in the advertisement URL or in the advertisement text is not permitted. In addition, when applying via SEM, the brand name Free2move, SHARE NOW, DriveNow and Car2go as well as variations/typos must also be booked negatively via the booking option Negative Broad in order to prevent delivery. All keywords must also be booked as negative in the spelling “Free2move”, "SHARE NOW" DriveNow and car2go (brand name apart and written together).
Advertisements of the affiliate must not appear in the following searches (singular and plural):

These terms and their incorrect spellings must not be used in search engines. Furthermore, it is prohibited to use domain names that directly or indirectly cause name violations of the Free2move, SHARE NOW, DriveNow and car2go brands.
2.) Communication of actions
Only the actions that the affiliate has access to via the affiliate network voucher tool and/or via which the affiliate has been notified via the network partner newsletter may be communicated.
3.) Excluded partner models
The following partner models are currently excluded and are therefore not permitted: Postview, retargeting, meta-networks, search engine marketing (SEM), gambling and online gaming with use of money, online and competitions without use, adware, spyware and maleware, Facebook ads, direct linking or forwarding, layer ads, cookie dropping, the use of Free2move landing pages and Free2move advertising materials in iFrames, pop-ups and layers, which are delivered, for example, when an affiliate page is loaded, if the affiliate cookie is automatically generated and the conscious, voluntary click is circumvented. Orders that are generated based on browser plugins, toolbars or other additional programs are not remunerated as part of the partner program. The links may not be used on purely advertising pages (which do not have any relevant content apart from advertising), on redirect or doorway pages (which only serve as intermediate pages to forward to another page) or on "under construction" websites without their own content.
4.) Partner models that are approved after individual consultation
Currently, the following partner models are only possible in written form after personal consultation and with the prior express consent of SHARE NOW:
1) Cashback systems, bonus systems, charity shopping and e-mail/newsletter
marketing.
2) Banner networks
3) The links may not be used on websites that grant their users financial or other
advantages for receiving advertising content and/or interacting with advertising media
(in particular in the context of bonus systems, paid mail systems, payment start pages
or Paid4 services).
5.) General exclusion criteria
The affiliate guarantees that the website operated by it, on which the application is made, does not contain any ambiguous and/or other content not desired by Free2move and not exhaustively listed below, but merely listed as examples: Positive depiction of illegal drugs, violence, known/recognisable spammers, one-sided political/religious statements, recognisable illegal content/calls to illegal actions, sexualised, overly unprofessional use of language, construction sites/websites without content, page not accessible/coarsely incorrect/not presentable, partners without website (email only), free subdomains (beepworld, home.t- online.DE etc.), exotic domains (DE.VU, TK, CN ...), positive presentation of alcohol, positive presentation of tobacco, sexual content, links to erotic content, content unsuitable for children and adolescents.
6.) Advertising material environment
The affiliate guarantees that the data, advertising space and advertising activities it transmits do not contravene statutory provisions or violate the law. Content and advertising activities that infringe the rights, in particular copyrights, name or trademark rights of third parties, that are harmful to the state, racist, violent, pornographic or youth-endangering in nature, or that can not be made publicly accessible and any input that contains viruses, Trojan horses or other similar programs that are capable of damaging, secretly intercepting or deleting data or systems, are not permitted. Insofar as Free2move Deutschland GmbH is subject to third-party claims due to such content or input, the affiliate causing the claim shall indemnify Free2move Deutschland GmbH from these claims.
7.) Text and image rights
The affiliate guarantees that it will not use the images and logos of Free2move for its own purposes without authorisation or publish them in a modified form. The creation of duplicate content in which content/texts are completely transferred is also not permitted. All images and text on the Free2move website are subject to copyright.
8.) Using the name Free2move
The name Free2move and variations (Free 2 move. Free_2_move etc.) may not be used in the URL website.
9.) Special terms in the Free2move Partner Program
Affiliates with an individual commission agreement are excluded from all standard remuneration models, bonus scales or special remuneration within the framework of promotions.
10.) Technical integration
(1) Correct technical integration is the responsibility of the affiliate. Instructions for installation of the links must be strictly observed with regard to technical set-up and maintenance.
(2) In order to ensure that information and links are up to date, the affiliate must regularly check that they are up to date and renew them immediately.
11.) Commission Free2move Carsharing and Long Term Carsharing
(1) The affiliate receives a commission depending on the number of valid leads. A valid lead is when a user enters the Free2move website via the affiliate website and successfully registers and validates with a valid driver’s license. The validation process must be completed in order for the leads to be remunerated.
(2) For affiliates from the cashback area, a lead is only valid if the user has used the starting credit in the calendar month of registration after successful registration and validation.
(3) The affiliate also receives a commission depending on the number of valid in-app registrations. An in-app registration is valid when a user is directed to the Apple App Store / Google Play Store via the affiliate partner and successfully registers with a valid driver's license. The validation process must be completed in order to receive a payout.
(4) In addition, the affiliate shall receive a percentage share of the sale on the first completed long-term rental journey for both existing and new customers, which shall be completed within 92 days of booking.
(5) Only leads and sales generated in accordance with these terms and conditions of participation will be remunerate
12.) Commission Free2move Park
(1) The affiliate receives a commission depending on the number of valid park bookings. A valid park booking is when a user enters the Free2move website via the affiliate website and makes a park booking and successfully executes this booking. The validation process must be completed in order for the sales to be remunerated.
