Bob Oré Blue Collection – Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Enrollment
By applying to and participating in the Bob Oré Blue Collection Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Bob Oré Blue Collection reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2. Promotion & Affiliate Links
Affiliates may promote Bob Oré Blue Collection products using approved tracking links and brand-provided creative assets. All promotions must accurately represent the brand and its products. Affiliates may not present themselves as employees, partners, or representatives of Bob Oré Blue Collection.
3. Commission & Tracking
Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases completed through valid affiliate links. Tracking is cookie-based, with a standard cookie duration of 30 days. Commissions will not be paid on canceled, returned, refunded, or fraudulent transactions.
4. Payment Terms
Approved commissions are paid monthly. Payments are processed via affiliate network after all orders are verified.
5. Prohibited Promotional Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Use false, misleading, or deceptive claims
- Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or unethical promotion
- Bid on Bob Oré Blue Collection trademarks, brand names, or misspellings in paid advertising without written approval
- Promote unauthorized discount codes or incentives
- Use coupon, cashback, or loyalty sites without prior approval
Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Brand Assets & Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Bob Oré Blue Collection logos, images, and marketing materials solely for approved affiliate promotions. All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Bob Oré Blue Collection.
7. Compliance & Disclosure
Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising, marketing, and consumer protection laws, including FTC disclosure guidelines or equivalent regulations in their region. Affiliate relationships must be clearly disclosed in all promotional content.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, affiliates must immediately remove all affiliate links and cease use of Bob Oré Blue Collection brand assets.
9. Program Modifications
Bob Oré Blue Collection reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the affiliate program or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bob Oré Blue Collection shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
