Program Terms:
- Cookie Duration: 30-day cookie window (last-click attribution).
- Validation Period: 45 days to account for returns, cancellations, or fraudulent activity. Only validated commissions are payable.
- Commission Structure: Paid on completed, non-refunded transactions. Returns, chargebacks, and fraud result in commission reversals.
- Promotional Guidelines: Approved publishers may use official creatives via websites, blogs, social media, or email. Custom creatives must accurately represent the brand and current offers.
- Prohibited Activities: Trademark bidding without approval, unauthorized or expired codes, misleading claims, spam, incentivized traffic without approval, or any fraudulent activity. Violations may result in removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
- Brand Protection: Reina Rebelde reserves the right to approve/decline affiliates, reverse non-compliant commissions, and update terms via AWIN.
