Branding & Trademark Policy
1) Brand usage (permitted)
- Publishers may use the “Glowen” brand name in editorial content (reviews, comparisons, guides) and may use approved product images/creatives provided via AWIN or our product feed.
- Brand mentions must be accurate and must not imply an official partnership beyond being an affiliate.
2) Prohibited brand usage
- No registering, purchasing, or using domains/URLs that include “Glowen” or close misspellings/variations (e.g., glowen-*, gl0wen-*, glowenoven-*, etc.).
- No creating social media pages, handles, groups, or ads that impersonate Glowen or could be confused with an official Glowen account.
- No use of the Glowen logo/brand assets in a way that suggests you are the official store, an authorised reseller, or customer support for Glowen.
- No “official”, “exclusive”, or “best price guaranteed” claims unless explicitly approved in writing by Glowen.
- No use of “Glowen” in email sender name or email branding in a way that implies the email is sent by Glowen.
3) Logo & creative rules
- Use only approved logos/creatives. Do not redraw, distort, recolour, crop, animate, or add elements to our logo in a misleading way.
- Do not remove watermarks or ownership marks from any brand assets.
- If you need custom sizes/creative, request approval before publishing.
4) Product claims & naming
- Use correct product names and do not make technical or performance claims that are not supported by our official product pages/materials.
- If unsure about a claim, ask for approval.
