Commissions are calculated on the net order value and exclude VAT, taxes, and shipping costs.
Keyword bidding and paid search activity using The Candy Wholesaler brand name or close variations are strictly prohibited within the affiliate program.
Discount Code Policy
Affiliates may only promote discount or promotional codes that are explicitly provided within the affiliate program or that have been approved directly by The Candy Wholesaler. Unauthorized codes may not be advertised under any circumstances.
The Candy Wholesaler reserves the right to decline or reverse commissions for sales generated through unauthorized promotional methods. If an affiliate promotes an unapproved or invalid discount code, all related commissions will be void until the code is removed.
For promotional codes with expiration dates, affiliates must clearly communicate the expiration date and promptly remove or label codes as expired once they are no longer valid. Affiliates who continue to promote expired or misleading codes may be removed from the program.
Prohibited Activities
The use of toolbars, browser extensions, or add-ons is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the program.
Web scraping is expressly prohibited. Affiliates must use only the approved product feeds and creative assets provided through the affiliate network.
Publishers may not promote this offer using any unapproved promotional methods or promo codes. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the program.
Program Policies
This affiliate program operates with a 7-day closure notice period.
