We reserve the right to review and reject any application.
Commissions are paid on net sales (excluding returns, shipping, and taxes). Payments are usually processed 30 days after the end of the month to account for returns.
Brand Guidelines - You must use assets provided by the Account Manager. You may not modify our logos or brand colors without written permission.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.
