Brand Usage & Representation
Affiliates may reference the Weave Genius Academy brand name strictly for identification purposes only. Any use of logos, trademarks, images, class names, or branded content must remain accurate and must not be altered, modified, or misrepresented in any way.
Affiliates must not imply any direct partnership, sponsorship, or official endorsement beyond participation in the affiliate program.
Restricted Promotional Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Bidding on brand-related keywords, including but not limited to:
“Weave Genius Academy”, “Weave Genius”, or any misspellings/variations
Using the brand name in paid search ads, display URLs, or social media ads
Direct linking (URL hijacking) from paid ads to the official website
Creating fake social media pages, groups, or websites pretending to represent the brand
Misleading claims about services, pricing, or outcomes
Coupons & Discounts Policy
Affiliates are not allowed to promote unauthorized coupon codes or discounts.
Only officially provided coupon codes may be used
Promotion of expired, fake, or scraped coupon codes is strictly prohibited
Coupon/deal websites are not permitted unless explicitly approved
Content & Promotion Rules
All promotional content must be truthful, accurate, and aligned with brand values
Affiliates must clearly represent that they are independent promoters
No misleading “official partner” or “guaranteed results” claims are allowed
Compliance & Enforcement
Weave Genius Academy reserves full rights to:
Request modification or removal of any content that violates guidelines
Withhold or reverse commissions generated through unauthorized methods
Suspend or permanently remove affiliates who fail to comply
