Commission
- Commission rates are set at Glaize's discretion and may vary by partner, campaign, or product category.
- Commission applies only to valid sales generated through approved AWIN tracking links.
Eligibility & Approval
- All affiliate applications are reviewed and approved or rejected at Glaize's discretion. We reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates that do not align with our brand values or violate these terms and conditions.
Linking & Promotion
- Affiliates must use only approved AWIN tracking links and creative assets supplied by Glaize.
- Any modification, misuse, or unauthorised use of Glaize branding or links may result in removal from the affiliate programme.
- Affiliates may not bid on Glaize brand terms or misrepresent the brand in any form of paid advertising.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Promote Glaize using misleading or deceptive content.
- Use coupon or cashback sites without prior approval.
- Engage in brand bidding, domain squatting, or any activity that infringes intellectual property.
- Operate websites containing offensive, illegal or inappropriate content.
Returns & Cancellations
- If a customer cancels or returns their order, or if payment is reversed, the corresponding commission will be voided or clawed back.
Termination
- Glaize reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account without notice for breach of these terms and conditions or any conduct deemed inconsistent with the brand.
