These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the FTP Endurance Fuel Ltd affiliate programme.

By joining and promoting FTP Endurance Fuel, affiliates agree to comply with these terms in addition to AWIN’s standard publisher terms.
1. Overview
Participation in the FTP Endurance Fuel affiliate programme (“the Programme”) is subject to these Terms & Conditions. FTP Endurance Fuel Ltd reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.
2. Commission & Validation
Commission is paid on validated, completed sales only.
Transactions may be declined due to cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, suspected fraud, self-referrals, or breach of these terms.
Commission is calculated excluding VAT, delivery charges, discounts, and returned items.
FTP Endurance Fuel Ltd reserves the right to reverse commission where activity is non-compliant.
3. Tracking & Attribution
Affiliate cookies remain valid for the duration stated in the AWIN programme settings.
Last-click attribution applies unless otherwise stated.
4. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote FTP Endurance Fuel using approved links and assets supplied via AWIN.
Affiliates must not:
Misrepresent product features, ingredients, performance benefits, or awards
Make medical or unsubstantiated health claims
Use misleading pricing or false promotional urgency
Imply they are FTP Endurance Fuel or an official representative beyond affiliate status
All promotions must comply with UK advertising regulations (ASA / CAP Code).
5. Brand & Trademark Use
Paid search bidding on FTP Endurance Fuel, FTP Endurance Fuel Ltd, or close variants is prohibited without written approval.
Logos, brand assets, and imagery may only be used as supplied or approved.
Affiliates must not register domains, social handles, or content that could cause brand confusion.
6. Voucher & Cashback Affiliates
Only approved and valid discount codes provided via AWIN may be promoted.
Promotion of unauthorised or expired offers may result in commission reversal or programme removal.
7. Influencers & Social Media
Social promotion is permitted where compliant with platform rules.
Affiliate content must clearly disclose commercial intent (e.g. #ad, #affiliate).
Reviews and recommendations must reflect honest opinion or genuine product use.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
Self-purchases or purchases via friends or family
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or tracking manipulation
Incentivised traffic without approval
Unauthorised email or SMS marketing using FTP Endurance Fuel branding
Use of malware, adware, or deceptive technology
9. Programme Changes & Termination
FTP Endurance Fuel Ltd reserves the right to:
Amend commission rates or programme terms
Suspend or terminate affiliates for non-compliance or brand risk
Remove the programme at any time without prior notice
10. Liability
FTP Endurance Fuel Ltd accepts no liability for indirect losses, tracking issues beyond reasonable control, or third-party platform failures. Participation is at the affiliate’s own risk.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.tions content
