Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Policy
Brand Bidding Ban: Publishers are strictly prohibited from bidding on brand keywords, misspellings, or variations.
Linking Restrictions: Direct linking to the merchant’s site from search engines or using the brand name in display URLs is not allowed.
Commission Eligibility: Sales generated through unauthorized PPC activities will not receive commission.
2. Transactions & Commission Settlement
Net Value Basis: Commissions are paid on the net transaction value, excluding VAT/sales tax, delivery charges, credit card fees, and gift wrapping fees.
Rejection Reasons: Commissions can be declined for reasons such as order cancellation, returns, failed credit checks, out-of-stock items, or breaches of terms.
3. Publisher & Branding Guidelines
Approved Types: Most publisher types are welcome, including Cashback, Discount Codes, Content creators, and Email marketers.
Content Restrictions: Promotion on sites featuring adult, pornographic, or violent content is strictly forbidden.
Social Media Usage: The merchant may use publisher-generated content across their own marketing channels, with reasonable efforts to credit the creator.
4. De-Duplication & Attribution
De-Duplication Logic: To prevent multiple payouts, sales are de-duplicated against other channels like Brand PPC, Email, Display, and other affiliate networks.
Exceptions: Price Comparison channels are typically exempt from the de-duplication policy.
5. Notice Periods & Adjustments
Reduction Limits: Any standard commission reduction is capped at 20% per instance, with a 30-day interval required between reductions.
Notice Requirements: A 7-day notice period is mandatory for any changes to terms and conditions or scheduled website maintenance.
