Any such approved use must follow Fara Homidi beauty’s instructions to credit creative partners, to be provided on a case by case basis. Brand-owned content may not be modified or edited without prior approval. Use of brand-owned imagery, video, trademarks and products in generative AI content is strictly prohibited. Uploading of brand-owned content and products to generative AI platforms for the purposes of training or where copyrights and other IP rights are circumvented or violated is likewise strictly prohibited.
