Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
We approve publishers based on content quality, traffic source transparency, and brand fit. We may decline coupon-only sites, low-quality incentive traffic, or misleading advertorials.
2. Commission Structure
Joybuy offers a competitive and flexible commission structure designed to reward high-quality traffic and sales.
The standard commission model is based on Cost Per Sale (CPS).
Commission rates may vary depending on:
- Product category
- Products
- Promotional campaigns
- Publisher
3. Validation Process & Returns Policy
All transactions are subject to a validation process to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of affiliate sales.
Orders may be declined or adjusted in the following cases:
- Product returns or refunds
- Cancelled orders
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
- Duplicate or invalid transactions
Joybuy generally validates transactions after the return period has passed and the order is confirmed as completed. The standard validation period is 45 days.
4. Statement of Consequences for Policy Breaches
Publishers are expected to comply fully with the programme’s Terms & Conditions and promotional guidelines.
If a publisher is found to be in breach of programme policies, Joybuy reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to:
- Reversal of commissions related to the breach
- Issuing formal warnings
- Temporary suspension from the programme
- Permanent removal from the Joybuy Affiliate Programme
Joybuy reserves the right to investigate any traffic sources or promotional activities suspected of violating programme policies.
5. Voucher Code Policy
Publishers may only promote voucher codes and promotional offers that are officially provided or approved by Joybuy.
The promotion of unauthorized, expired or leaked voucher codes is strictly prohibited and may result in commission reversals or removal from the programme.
