CasaVoya Referral Program TErms
1. Program Overview
CasaVoya (“Advertiser”) will participate in Awin’s affiliate network on a cost-per-lead (CPL) basis. A “Lead” is defined as a completed accommodation request submitted by a user on CasaVoya’s website, originating from a tracked Awin referral link.
2. Definition of a Qualified Lead
A “Qualified Lead” must meet all of the following criteria:
- Submitted via CasaVoya’s designated request or inquiry form
- Accurately tracked through Awin’s tracking infrastructure
- Contains complete and valid contact information (including name and email address)
- Represents a genuine, individual user inquiry with demonstrable intent to book accommodations
- Is accepted as valid by CasaVoya’s internal systems and review processes
CasaVoya retains sole discretion to determine whether a Lead is qualified, acting reasonably and in good faith.
3. Invalid Leads (Exclusions)
CasaVoya shall not be required to pay referral fees for Leads that fall into any of the following categories (“Invalid Leads”):
- Duplicate or repeat requests from the same user or contact information
- Requests generated through automated means, bots, scripts, or incentivized traffic
- Fraudulent, misleading, fabricated, or fictitious submissions
- Requests containing false, incomplete, or nonsensical information
- Internal testing, employee submissions, or submissions made by affiliates themselves
- Requests submitted outside CasaVoya’s supported geographies or eligibility criteria
- Requests that violate CasaVoya’s Terms of Service or applicable laws
Invalid Leads may be rejected at any time, including after initial reporting.
4. Referral Fee
CasaVoya will pay a fixed fee per Qualified Lead, as agreed separately in writing (the “Referral Fee”). Referral Fees apply only to Qualified Leads and exclude Invalid Leads.
No fees are owed for impressions, clicks, or unqualified activity.
5. Tracking and Reporting
Awin’s tracking will be used for attribution purposes.
CasaVoya’s internal lead records shall serve as the final authority for lead validation.
Reporting discrepancies will be resolved by comparing Awin logs with CasaVoya’s backend records.
6. Reconciliation and Adjustments
CasaVoya reserves the right to review, audit, and reconcile Leads prior to payment.
Any Leads identified as Invalid during reconciliation will be excluded from payment.
Adjustments may be applied to future payments if Invalid Leads are identified post-payment.
7. Payment Terms
Payments are subject to minimum payout thresholds as defined by Awin’s platform policies.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, VAT, or similar charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. No Guarantee of Conversion
CasaVoya makes no representation or guarantee regarding the likelihood that any Lead will result in a booking, revenue, or transaction. Referral Fees are payable solely for Qualified Leads, not completed stays or bookings.
9. Brand & Marketing Compliance
Affiliates must comply with CasaVoya’s brand guidelines, applicable advertising laws, and Awin network policies. CasaVoya reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for non-compliance.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the referral program upon written notice. Upon termination, only Qualified Leads submitted prior to the effective termination date shall be eligible for payment.
