Peta Jane Beauty - Affiliate Program General Terms
Base Commission Structure
- Base commission: 12% on approved, net sales
- Commission applies to the order value excluding tax, shipping, refunds, and cancellations
- Commission rates may vary by publisher type, performance, or campaign at Peta Jane Beauty’s discretion
Editorial & Premium Publisher Rates
Select editorial, media, and premium content partners may be eligible for enhanced commission rates of up to 25%, at Peta Jane Beauty’s discretion.
Eligibility is evaluated based on:
- Audience relevance and quality
- Historical performance and conversion efficiency
- Content format and placement (e.g. dedicated articles, reviews, gift guides)
- Brand alignment and messaging quality
Increased rates are:
- Not guaranteed
- Offered on a case-by-case basis
- Reviewed periodically and may be adjusted based on performance
Approval & Participation
- All publishers are subject to manual approval
- We reserve the right to decline or remove publishers that do not align with brand guidelines or program terms
Promotional Guidelines
- Publishers must adhere to Peta Jane Beauty’s Branding & Publisher Guidelines
- Use of unapproved promotional codes, misleading claims, or misrepresentation of offers is prohibited
- Coupon-only and deal-aggregator sites are not permitted
Paid Media & Trademark Bidding
- No bidding on Peta Jane Beauty brand terms, misspellings, or variations in paid search
- No direct linking to Peta Jane Beauty from paid ads without written approval
- Paid social amplification of affiliate content requires prior approval
Content & Usage Rights
- Content must be original and created by the publisher
- By participating in the program, publishers grant Peta Jane Beauty the right to reuse affiliate-generated content for marketing purposes, with credit where applicable
Order Validation
- Transactions are reviewed for validity prior to approval
- We reserve the right to reverse commissions on returned, cancelled, fraudulent, or non-compliant orders
Program Changes
- Peta Jane Beauty reserves the right to update commission rates, terms, and guidelines at any time.
Publishers will be notified via AWIN of material changes.
