By participating in the Sándor Affiliate Program, you agree to promote Sándor’s luxury, plant-based haircare products in a way that honors our brand values of sustainability, authenticity, intentional self-care, and transparency.
2. Commission Eligibility
Commission is payable only on confirmed, fully paid orders that are:
- Tracked through the Awin network;
- Not cancelled, returned, or refunded;
- In compliance with these Program Terms.
3. Sustainable Promotion Standards
When promoting Sándor:
- Content may reflect the brand’s commitment to natural, plant-derived formulations and environmental responsibility.
- Claims must be truthful and not exaggerate product benefits, performance, or sustainability credentials.
- Affiliates must not imply official partnership or ownership beyond the affiliate relationship.
4. Permitted Marketing Practices
Affiliates may promote Sándor via:
- Editorial content that aligns with mindful beauty, eco-conscious living, or intentional self-care narratives.
- Social media posts with clear affiliate disclosures in line with local regulations.
- Email to subscribed audiences only (no unsolicited messaging).
5. Prohibited Marketing Practices
The following are not permitted:
- Paid advertising using Sándor trademarks or brand terms (e.g., Sándor, Sandor Earth, or product names) in search engine or social media ads.
- Domain names, URLs, or social profiles that incorporate Sándor brand terms.
- Promotion that frames Sándor products as medically necessary, clinical treatments, or environmental endorsements beyond what is factually supported.
- Use of unapproved discount codes or schemes that misrepresent Sándor’s pricing or sustainability commitments.
6. Brand & Asset Usage
- Affiliates may use Sándor brand assets only if provided by Sándor or via Awin and must adhere to our brand guidelines.
- Alteration or distortion of Sándor’s original images is not permitted.
7. Cancellation, Reversal & Compliance
Sándor reserves the right to:
- Cancel or reverse commissions linked to non-compliant activity or fraudulent behavior.
- Modify or terminate participation for affiliates who violate these terms.
8. Amendments
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of current terms.
