About Barratts
Barratts Shoes is a British footwear retailer established in 1903, specialising in comfortable, stylish footwear for men and women. Our core audience is UK-based and aged 45+, with a strong focus on comfort, quality, and value.
Commission
Barratts operates on a CPA (cost-per-acquisition) basis only
Commission is calculated on the net order value, excluding VAT, delivery charges, cancellations, and returns
Commission is paid monthly in arrears via the AWIN platform
Transactions are validated within 30 days
VAT
Commission is calculated exclusive of VAT
VAT is not added to the commission amount
Any VAT charged is invoiced by AWIN in line with HMRC regulations
Paid Search (PPC) Policy
Publishers may promote Barratts via paid search (PPC)
Publishers may:
Directly link to barratts.co.uk from search engines
Use the Barratts brand name in paid search titles, descriptions, display URLs, and keywords
Bid on brand terms, brand combinations, variations, and misspellings
Sales generated via approved PPC activity are eligible for full commission
Barratts does not currently operate a restricted list of publishers for brand-related paid search activity.

For any agreed publisher PPC activity, commission is payable on sales generated via:
Google
Bing
Yahoo
Other search engines
Voucher & Cashback
Cashback and loyalty publishers are permitted
Only valid and approved voucher codes should be promoted
Barratts reserves the right to decline commission on unauthorised or misleading voucher use
Compliance
Barratts Shoes reserves the right to:
Monitor affiliate activity for compliance
Reverse commission for fraudulent, misleading, or non-genuine transactions
Update programme terms with reasonable notice via AWIN
