PDF Agile Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the PDF Agile Affiliate Programme (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

“PDF Agile,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the operator of the PDF Agile software and website.
“Site” refers to any website, platform, or channel that you use to promote PDF Agile.
“Affiliate” refers to an individual or entity approved to participate in the Program.
“End User” refers to a customer referred to PDF Agile via an Affiliate’s tracking link.

The purpose of the Program is to acquire End Users. In consideration for valid referrals, Affiliates may receive commissions as described below.

2. Non-Exclusive Relationship

This Agreement does not create an exclusive relationship.
PDF Agile reserves the right to work with any other affiliates, partners, or marketing channels, including those that may compete with the Affiliate.

If you do not agree with this non-exclusive structure, your sole remedy is to terminate participation in the Program.

3. Enrollment in the Program

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to approve or reject any application. We may also terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, if we determine that your site, content, or practices are unsuitable.

By applying, you acknowledge that PDF Agile retains the unrestricted right to reject or terminate participation at any time.

4. Incorporation by Reference

This Agreement incorporates by reference:

PDF Agile Website Terms of Use

PDF Agile Privacy Policy

Any Affiliate Program Guidelines published by PDF Agile

Failure to comply with these policies may result in rejection or termination.

5. Promotional Links

Approved Affiliates may promote PDF Agile using approved tracking links, banners, content, or creatives (“Affiliate Promotional Links”), provided that all promotions:

Comply with this Agreement

Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Do not misrepresent PDF Agile

6. Use of Affiliate Promotional Links

PDF Agile grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Affiliate Promotional Links solely to promote PDFAgile.

You agree that you shall not:

Modify official creatives in a misleading way

Use links to promote other products or third parties

Bid on branded keywords such as “PDF Agile”, “PDF Agile”, or similar misspellings without written permission

Misrepresent your relationship with PDF Agile

We reserve the right to revoke your license to use promotional materials at any time.

7. Compensation

Commissions are earned when a valid End User completes a purchase through your tracked referral link.

Commissions may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions.

We reserve the right to withhold payments for up to 90 days for verification.

If overpayment occurs, we may deduct the amount from future payments or request repayment.

Commission rates and structures may be modified with notice.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of this Agreement, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

8. Tax Responsibility

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes related to affiliate earnings.

You agree to provide accurate information when requested for compliance purposes.

9. Term and Termination

This Agreement begins upon acceptance and continues until terminated by either party.

Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination, you must immediately:

Remove all PDF Agile links and creatives

Stop using PDF Agile trademarks

Cease all promotion of PDF Agile

Commissions will not be earned on referrals after termination.

10. Trademarks and Intellectual Property

All PDF Agile trademarks, logos, branding, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of PDF Agile.

Affiliates may not:

Use PDF Agile branding in a misleading way

Copy the look and feel of the PDF Agile website

Frame or mirror PDF Agile pages

All goodwill generated benefits PDF Agile.

11. Affiliate Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

You have legal authority to enter this Agreement

Your information is accurate and truthful

Your content does not infringe third-party rights

You will not engage in spam, deceptive practices, or misleading advertising

You will not run unauthorized paid ads using PDF Agile brand terms

You will not sell PDF Agile products on marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay)

You will not offer unauthorized coupons, bonuses, or incentives

You will not exaggerate product features or misrepresent functionality

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

12. PDF Agile Representations

PDF Agile represents that it has the authority to enter into this Agreement.

If we receive a claim related to your conduct, we may notify you and withhold commissions pending resolution.

13. Disclaimers

The Program and PDF Agile services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free systems, or specific conversion performance.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PDF Agile harmless against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement.

15. Limitation of Liability

PDF Agile shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the previous 12 months.

16. Miscellaneous

The parties are independent contractors

This Agreement does not create partnership or agency

If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder remains valid

Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws determined by PDF Agile’s operating jurisdiction.
