The BERISSA Affiliate Program allows approved websites, social media accounts, and email affiliates to link to www.berissablinds.com and earn commissions from each sale driven through their referral links. BERISSA is responsible for order fulfillment and customer service for all transactions resulting from referred clicks. 1.2 Voucher Code Usage Rules
Only promote discount codes provided through the BERISSA affiliate platform (Awin);
Discount codes not provided via the Awin platform may not be used by affiliates without BERISSA’s written permission;
If unauthorized or fabricated voucher codes are used in affiliate sales, BERISSA reserves the right to withhold the corresponding commissions;
If a voucher code has an expiration date, it must be clearly indicated; after expiration, the code must be removed or explicitly marked as "Expired" (unless otherwise notified);
BERISSA has the right to suspend the affiliate cooperation qualification of any promotion channel that displays expired codes without marking them.
1.3 Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy
BERISSA implements strict controls on PPC activities. The following types of keywords may not be used by any affiliates in PPC campaigns (unless otherwise agreed in a written confirmation):
Brand terms: BERISSA / BERISSABLINDS / BERISSASHADES;
Extended brand terms: Search terms/terms containing the BERISSA root, such as berissa.com, BERISSA discount, BERISSA coupon, BERISSA promotion, BERISSA Roman blinds, BERISSA no-drill, etc.;
Misspelled brand terms: Such as berisas, berisaa, etc.
Supplementary Requirements:
Affiliates may not appear in the search results of the above keywords on any advertising platforms (including search engines, content networks, social media advertising, etc.);
To avoid broad match loopholes, "BERISSA", "BERISSABLINDS", and "BERISSASHADES" must be added as exact-match negative keywords in all PPC campaigns.

A: Commissions are settled and paid monthly through the Awin platform, with an order validation period of 45 days.

Q: Will I get paid for sample orders I generate?
A: No. Since fabric swatches/samples are provided free of charge or for a nominal fee, there is no commission for such orders. However, if the customer places an order for blinds within the 30-day Cookie validity period, you will earn the corresponding sales commission.
Q: How do product returns affect commissions?
A: 1. If a customer requests a refund, a transaction dispute arises, or a credit card charge is reversed due to fraud, the commission for that transaction will be deducted from your account; 2. Custom blinds are generally non-refundable due to incorrect size input or a customer’s change of mind, so the corresponding commission will not be affected; 3. If a product is lost or damaged, we will send a replacement to the customer, and your commission will remain unaffected.
