By joining the OOSSXX Affiliate Program, publishers agree to comply with these program terms, Awin policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Acceptance into the program does not constitute permission to commence marketing or promotional activities. All marketing activities require prior written approval from OOSSXX. OOSSXX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, approve, restrict, or decline any promotional activity at any time.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on OOSSXX trademarked terms, brand names, or any variations, misspellings, abbreviations, or combinations thereof on any search engine or paid advertising platform.
This includes, but is not limited to, keywords such as “OOSSXX”, “OOSSXX Tech”, or any other brand-related terms, as well as the use of such terms in ad copy or display URLs.
Any unauthorized brand bidding or brand-related PPC activity may result in immediate action, including commission cancellation and removal from the program.
Scraping, Crawling, and Automated Access
Without prior written consent, affiliates must not conduct bulk queries, scraping, page scraping, crawling, or use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or devices to access, monitor, or extract data from the OOSSXX website.
Prohibited Website Imitation
Affiliates must not copy, imitate, mirror, or replicate the look, feel, structure, layout, or branding of the OOSSXX website.
Any attempt to mislead users into believing that an affiliate website is an official OOSSXX website or part of the OOSSXX domain or infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Advertising Methods
Promotion through the following methods is not permitted:
Browser extensions, plug-ins, or toolbars
Layer ads, pop-ups, or pop-unders
iFrames, soft-click technologies, forced clicks, or similar mechanisms
Any manipulation of user behavior via invisible iFrames, JavaScript events, or preload technologies
Post-view tracking is permitted only in accordance with the technical specifications and policies of the affiliate network.
Email Marketing
Email marketing is permitted only where recipients have provided explicit consent through a valid double opt-in process.
Affiliates must clearly identify themselves as the sender in all email communications and provide a functional and visible unsubscribe option.
Under no circumstances may OOSSXX appear to be the sender, originator, or sponsor of any email marketing activity.
Compliance, Violations, and Consequences
Any affiliate found to be in breach of these terms may have their participation in the OOSSXX Affiliate Program immediately terminated.
Commissions generated through non-compliant, prohibited, or unauthorized activities will be canceled or reversed.
In cases of serious, repeated, or fraudulent violations, OOSSXX reserves the right to suspend accounts, terminate cooperation with immediate effect, and pursue legal action where applicable.
Disclaimer of Liability
OOSSXX shall not be liable for any third-party claims arising from an affiliate’s violation of these terms.
Any liability for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss is expressly excluded.
Changes to Program Terms
OOSSXX reserves the right to modify these program terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via the affiliate network or email.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Closure Notice
Please note: this program operates with a 7 day closure notice period.
In the event of program closure, affiliates will be notified at least 7 days in advance, in line with Awin’s advertiser agreement.
