Welcome to the CHASING Cleaner Affiliate Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate” or “you”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”). Please read them carefully before applying or promoting CHASING Cleaner products. CHASING Cleaner (“we,” “us,” or “Merchant”) reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or our Affiliate Program dashboard.
1. Definitions
“Affiliate”: An individual or entity approved to promote CHASING Cleaner products in exchange for commissions.
“Merchant”: CHASING Cleaner, provider of robotic pool cleaners and smart water maintenance equipment available at https://www.chasingcleaner.com.
“Program”: The CHASING Cleaner Affiliate Program, managed through our affiliate platform.
“Tracking Link”: A unique URL or code provided to Affiliates to track clicks, sales, or leads.
“Transaction Value”: The net sale amount of a completed purchase, excluding taxes, shipping, and additional fees, unless otherwise specified.
2. Enrollment
2.1. To join the Program, you must submit a complete application via our affiliate platform. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2.2. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate legal and contact information, and maintain an active website, blog, or social media presence aligned with CHASING Cleaner’s brand values.
2.3. Approved Affiliates will receive access to an Affiliate dashboard with Tracking Links, promotional materials, and performance reports.
3. Commission Structure
3.1. Affiliates earn a commission on the Transaction Value of each valid sale generated through their Tracking Link. Commission rates are defined within the Affiliate platform and may vary by campaign.
3.2. Transaction Value excludes:
Value-Added Tax (VAT), sales tax, or other applicable taxes
Shipping or delivery charges
Payment processing or transaction fees
3.3. Commissions are paid only on completed transactions that are paid, shipped, and not returned or canceled within the applicable return period.
3.4. The Program operates on a last-click attribution model, meaning only the Affiliate whose Tracking Link was last clicked before purchase receives commission credit.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Commissions are paid monthly, subject to the minimum payout threshold in the affiliate platform. Earnings below the threshold will roll over.
4.2. Payments are issued via payment methods supported on the platform (e.g., PayPal or bank transfer). Affiliates must keep accurate payment details.
4.3. Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees related to commission payments.
5. Promotional Guidelines
5.1. Affiliates may use approved banners, text links, and product images provided through the Affiliate dashboard. Unauthorized use of CHASING Cleaner trademarks or intellectual property is prohibited.
5.2. Prohibited promotional methods include:
Bidding on CHASING Cleaner trademarks or misspellings in paid search
Using Tracking Links in spam, misleading promotions, or cookie-stuffing
Promoting products on sites with illegal, offensive, or adult content
5.3. Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship in compliance with applicable laws (e.g., FTC guidelines).
5.4. Affiliates may not offer unauthorized coupons or incentives unless expressly approved.
6. Tracking and Reporting
6.1. Sales and commissions are tracked through Tracking Links and the affiliate platform. CHASING Cleaner’s tracking data is final.
6.2. Affiliates have access to performance reports through the Affiliate dashboard.
6.3. Transactions involving fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations are not eligible for commissions.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. CHASING Cleaner retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, product images, and other intellectual property. Affiliates are granted a limited license to use approved materials for Program purposes only.
7.2. Affiliates may not modify intellectual property without written consent.
7.3. Upon termination, Affiliates must remove all CHASING Cleaner promotional materials from their platforms.
8. Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
8.2. CHASING Cleaner may suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s account for:
Violation of this Agreement
Fraudulent or deceptive activity
Extended inactivity
8.3. Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination results from a breach of this Agreement.
9. Liability and Indemnification
9.1. CHASING Cleaner’s liability is limited to the Affiliate’s earned commissions in the preceding twelve months.
9.2. Affiliates agree to indemnify CHASING Cleaner against claims arising from their promotional activities.
9.3. The Program is provided “as is” without warranties.
10. Modifications
10.1. We may modify this Agreement at any time, with changes communicated via email or dashboard.
10.2. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance. Affiliates who disagree may terminate participation.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CHASING Cleaner operates without regard to conflict of law principles.
