Terms and Conditions
Please carefully read Cosabella affiliate terms and conditions for PPC marketing before you join our Program or begin marketing of our Program. These terms and conditions are written in plain terms intentionally avoiding legalese to ensure that they may be clearly understood and followed by affiliates. Adherence to the terms and conditions provides that Cosabella affiliate Program is sustainable and profitable for both Cosabella and our affiliates.
Terms and Conditions:
We do NOT allow trademark bidding.
We allow direct linking, but publishers cannot direct link on trademark terms.
Only approved coupon codes found in the Awin platform are allowed to be used. Any affiliate found to be using non-affiliate coupon codes is subject to removal from the program. And commissions from those days in violation will be reversed.
All affiliates must use the most up-to-date creatives found in the Awin platform. Any affiliate found to be using out-of-date creative can be removed from the program and their sales reversed.
We allow email marketing campaigns. All partners must be Can-SPAM compliant and contact us prior to running these for suppression lists. Any partner that doesn't contact us first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions.
We allow downloadable software partners to join our program.
We allow incentivized partners to join our program.
The use of unauthorized coupons or promotions will result in reversal of commissions. Publishers are only authorized to promote offers available in the Awin platform.
NB: Publishers are not allowed to use wording in their marketing that compares Cosabella to other fashion brands.

Authorized Voucher Codes
Publishers may only promote voucher codes that are listed as Active within Cosabella My Offers section on Awin. Any voucher code not listed as Active in My Offers is not authorised for affiliate promotion.
Unauthorized Voucher Codes
The promotion or distribution of unauthorized voucher codes is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
Internal or leaked voucher codes
Expired voucher codes
Fabricated, altered, or unapproved voucher codes
Voucher codes sourced from third parties that are not listed in My Offers
Commission Validation
Transactions placed using unauthorized voucher codes may be declined and deemed ineligible for commission.
Program Compliance
Publishers found promoting unauthorized voucher codes may be subject to corrective action, including commission declines and removal from the Cosabella Affiliate Program for repeated violations.
Reporting Unauthorized Codes
If you become aware of any unauthorized voucher codes being promoted, please report them to:

Effective Date
These terms take effect from the date of publication and apply prospectively. Transactions generated prior to the publication of these terms will not be subject to enforcement under this policy.
