ScanSkinAI – Branding Guidelines for Publishers
1) Brand usage
Publishers may use the ScanSkinAI brand name solely for the purpose of promoting the ScanSkinAI platform in an accurate and compliant manner.
The ScanSkinAI name must:
be written as “ScanSkinAI” (capital S, S, A, I)
not be altered, abbreviated, or combined with other brand names
not be used in domain names, social handles, or paid advertising keywords without prior written approval
Publishers must not present themselves as the “official” ScanSkinAI website or imply an exclusive partnership.
2) Approved messaging & positioning
ScanSkinAI must be positioned as:
an AI-powered skin awareness and preventive screening platform
non-diagnostic and educational
providing guidance on suggested next steps, not medical advice
Approved phrases include:
“skin awareness”
“non-diagnostic AI insights”
“guidance on next steps”
“optional online dermatologist review add-on”
3) Prohibited claims (very important)
Publishers must not:
claim ScanSkinAI diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents medical conditions
present ScanSkinAI results as a medical or clinical diagnosis
guarantee outcomes or use fear-based medical language
imply endorsement by insurers, employers, or healthcare authorities unless explicitly approved
4) Visual assets
Publishers may use official ScanSkinAI logos or screenshots only as provided or approved by ScanSkinAI.
Logos must not be modified, distorted, recoloured, or used in a misleading context.
5) Compliance & approval
ScanSkinAI reserves the right to:
request changes to branding or messaging
remove or suspend publishers who breach branding or compliance requirements

When in doubt, publishers should err on the side of clarity, accuracy, and non-diagnostic positioning.
