By joining the Sunday Littles Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:
Commission & Attribution
Affiliates earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique tracking links. Orders must be completed within the attribution window and are subject to approval. Commissions are paid only on successfully completed and non-returned orders.
Discounts & Promotions
Affiliates may only promote discount codes or offers that are officially provided or approved by Sunday Littles. Sharing unauthorized, leaked, or expired discount codes is not permitted and may result in removal from the program.
Content Guidelines
Affiliates are expected to represent Sunday Littles authentically and in a manner consistent with our brand values. Content should be family-friendly, honest, and transparent. Affiliates must clearly disclose their partnership in accordance with applicable advertising and FTC guidelines (e.g. #ad, #affiliate).
Paid Advertising & Brand Usage
Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords, brand name misspellings, or run paid ads that direct traffic to Sunday Littles without prior written approval. Use of Sunday Littles trademarks, logos, or imagery must align with brand guidelines and may not imply exclusivity or ownership.
Returns, Fraud & Cancellations
Commissions will be voided on returned, refunded, or fraudulent orders. Sunday Littles reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions if suspicious or non-compliant activity is identified.
Program Changes & Termination
Sunday Littles reserves the right to modify commission rates, program terms, or terminate participation at any time, with or without notice, if terms are violated or if the partnership no longer aligns with the brand.
General
Participation in the program does not create an employment, agency, or exclusive relationship. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes and compliance with local laws.
