By joining the EverSilk Affiliate Programme, publishers agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Approved Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote EverSilk through content-led and performance-based marketing methods, including but not limited to blogs, review sites, editorial content, social media, influencer marketing, and approved paid search (PPC) activity. All promotions must be accurate, transparent, and not misleading.
2. Paid Search (PPC) Policy
Brand and generic PPC activity is currently permitted as part of EverSilk’s programme launch and inventory clearance phase. Approved publishers may bid on brand terms, brand variations, misspellings, and generic keywords, provided that ads do not misrepresent EverSilk or imply official ownership.
EverSilk reserves the right to review, restrict, or amend PPC permissions as its paid media strategy evolves.
3. Prohibited Promotional Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Misleading or deceptive advertising practices
- Use of EverSilk trademarks in domain names, social media handles, or brand impersonation
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any form of fraudulent activity
- Adware, browser extensions, or software-based promotion unless explicitly approved
- Unauthorized incentive-based traffic, including cashback or loyalty schemes without prior written approval
4. Content and Brand Usage
Affiliates may use approved EverSilk creatives and brand assets provided via the Awin platform. All content must align with EverSilk’s positioning as a premium silk sleep and beauty brand and must not damage brand perception.
5. Commission Validation
Commissions will be validated following the standard returns, cancellations, and fraud review period. EverSilk reserves the right to decline commissions on cancelled, returned, or fraudulent transactions.
6. Programme Participation
EverSilk reserves the right to approve or reject affiliate applications at its discretion and to remove any affiliate found in breach of programme terms.
7. Changes to Terms
EverSilk may update these terms and conditions periodically. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
