Approved Usage
- Use official Mr. Hankey’s Toys logos, product images, and creative assets provided through Awin or directly by us
- Represent products accurately and professionally
- Maintain a tone aligned with a premium, body-safe, inclusive brand
Prohibited Usage
- Altering logos, trademarks, or product imagery
- Creating misleading, explicit, or offensive representations of the brand
- Implying endorsement, partnership, or exclusivity beyond affiliate participation
- Using the brand name in paid search ads, domains, social handles, or misleading URLs
Content Standards
- Claims must be truthful and not misleading
- Required disclosures (FTC or local equivalent) must be clearly displayed
- Placements should remain SFW-friendly where required by platform policies
- We reserve the right to request edits or removal of content that does not align with brand standards.
