This offer only lasts as long as this program is live on Awin. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, ROWIE may deem you ineligible for this program if we reasonably believe that you have committed fraud or otherwise not delivered actual leads.
Commission Structure
Commission rates may vary depending on partnership type, placement quality, promotional activity, and overall performance.
ROWIE reserves the right to adjust commission rates at its discretion based on factors including placement type, promotional strategy, new customer acquisition, and affiliate performance. Enhanced commission rates or new customer uplifts may be offered on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed in writing.
PPC & Paid Search Policy
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
• Bidding on the brand name ROWIE or any brand-related keywords (including misspellings or variations)
• Bidding on branded search terms across Google, Bing, or other search platforms
• Direct linking to https://www.rowiethelabel.com/ from paid advertising campaigns
Violation of this policy may result in commission reversal, suspension, or removal from the affiliate program.
Payment Terms
ROWIE operates a 45-day validation period to allow for order verification, cancellations, and returns. Commission will only be approved on completed, non-refunded transactions.
Validated commission payments will be processed via AWIN in accordance with the platform’s standard payment cycle.
Program Eligibility & Fraud Prevention
Participation in the ROWIE Affiliate Program is subject to ongoing compliance with these terms.
ROWIE reserves the right to:
• Decline or reverse commission on refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent transactions
• Withhold payment where traffic or sales are deemed invalid, misleading, incentivised, or not genuinely referred
• Remove affiliates from the program at its sole discretion
Voucher Code Policy
Affiliates may only promote voucher codes that are:
• Explicitly provided by ROWIE
• Publicly available on ROWIE’s official website
The use of unauthorised, leaked, or scraped voucher codes is prohibited and may result in commission reversal.
Cashback & Loyalty Sites
Cashback, rewards, or loyalty affiliates may be accepted at ROWIE’s discretion. Commission structures for these partners may differ from editorial, content, or influencer partnerships.
Browser Extensions & Toolbars
The use of browser extensions, toolbars, or pop-up technologies that override attribution, inject affiliate links, or interfere with the user journey is not permitted unless approved in writing by ROWIE.
Brand Representation
Affiliates must represent ROWIE in a manner consistent with brand positioning.
Affiliates may not:
• Use misleading or false claims
• Alter official imagery or branding
• Misrepresent product pricing or availability
Order Validation
Commission approval is subject to the 45-day validation period to account for returns, cancellations, and order verification.
General
ROWIE reserves the right to update or amend these program terms at any time. Continued participation in the ROWIE Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
