2. Approved Promotion Methods
Approved affiliates may promote Gura Gear through:
• Editorial content, blogs, and product reviews
• YouTube and video content
• Social media posts and stories
• Opt-in email newsletters (approved publishers only)
All promotional content must be original, accurate, and aligned with Gura Gear brand and visual guidelines.

3. Prohibited Promotion Methods
The following activities are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing by Gura Gear:
• Coupon, deal-only, or cashback websites
• Browser extensions, toolbars, or software-based incentives
• Behavioral retargeting or display advertising
• Price comparison websites
• Trademark bidding or brand impersonation

4. PPC & Search Policy
• Affiliates may not bid on “Gura Gear,” “GuraGear,” or any misspellings
• Affiliates may not run paid search ads directing traffic to Gura Gear
• Use of the Gura Gear brand name in paid ad copy or display URLs is prohibited

5. Discount & Offer Policy
• Affiliates may only promote official offers provided by Gura Gear
• Unauthorized discounts, promo codes, or pricing claims are not permitted
• Affiliates may not imply exclusivity, limited editions, or special access unless explicitly approved

6. Brand Usage
• The brand name must always be written as Gura Gear (two words)
• Logos may not be altered, recolored, stretched, or modified
• Affiliates must follow Gura Gear visual and branding guidelines
• Products must be represented accurately using official product names and features

• Content must add meaningful value and reflect genuine use or informed evaluation
• Exaggerated, misleading, or unsupported claims are not permitted
• Thin, duplicated, or low-effort content may result in removal from the program

8. De-Duplication & Attribution
Gura Gear reserves the right to de-duplicate affiliate transactions against other marketing channels, including direct partnerships and owned email marketing, to prevent duplicate or last-click attribution.

9. Commission Adjustments
Commissions are subject to adjustment for returned, refunded, canceled, or fraudulent orders.

10. Content Usage Rights
By participating in the Gura Gear affiliate program, publishers grant Gura Gear permission to repost, reshare, or reference affiliate-created content for marketing purposes, with credit where appropriate, unless otherwise requested in writing.

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform-specific guidelines, including FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate relationships.

Gura Gear reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, suspend, or remove any affiliate from the program at any time, with or without notice. Non-compliant activity may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
