By joining the TRUCKMAN Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying to or participating in the TRUCKMAN Affiliate Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. TRUCKMAN reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age and operate a valid website, blog, or social media platform that is relevant to the automotive, vehicle, or related sectors. TRUCKMAN reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Links and Tracking

Approved affiliates will be provided with unique tracking links to promote TRUCKMAN products. These links are used to track referrals and sales. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that tracking links are implemented and used correctly in line with programme guidelines.

4. Commissions

Affiliates will earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their affiliate links. Commission rates, validation periods, and payment terms are set out within the affiliate platform and may be amended by TRUCKMAN at any time.

Commission Payments:
Commissions are paid via the affiliate network in accordance with its payment schedule and minimum payout thresholds.

5. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities:

Fraudulent Activity: Including click fraud, cookie stuffing, or artificially inflating sales or clicks.

Misleading Promotion: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information about TRUCKMAN products or services.

Inappropriate Content: Promoting TRUCKMAN on websites or platforms containing illegal, offensive, or harmful material.

Brand Bidding: Bidding on TRUCKMAN brand terms, brand variations, or misspellings in paid search or shopping ads without prior written approval.

6. Term and Termination

This agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party.

Affiliate Termination: Affiliates may leave the programme at any time.

Termination by TRUCKMAN: TRUCKMAN reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account immediately if these terms are breached or if affiliate activity is deemed harmful to the brand.

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use TRUCKMAN trademarks, logos, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the affiliate programme. All intellectual property remains the property of TRUCKMAN.

8. Limitation of Liability

TRUCKMAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate programme. TRUCKMAN’s total liability shall not exceed the total commission paid to the affiliate in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Participation in the TRUCKMAN Affiliate Programme is subject to TRUCKMAN’s Privacy Policy. By joining the programme, affiliates consent to the collection and use of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Amendments

TRUCKMAN reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the affiliate platform or email. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
