French Farmacie Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
By applying to and participating in our program, you agree to these terms. Please review them thoroughly.
1. Enrollment & Partnership
Application & Acceptance: To join our program, please apply through the Awin network. We will review your application to ensure your brand and content align with our values. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our sole discretion. Once approved, you are responsible for keeping your affiliate account details confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
Affiliate Relationship: This partnership is a collaboration where you, as a French Farmacie Affiliate, introduce our curated skincare to your audience. In return, you earn a commission on sales generated through your unique tracking link. This includes sharing your authentic experience on your social media, Substack, or other digital platforms. We don't require you to post, use specific wording, or dictate a posting schedule.
2. Guidelines for Success
Your genuine representation of our brand is fundamental. These guidelines ensure our partnership is always clear, honest, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, especially the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules concerning endorsements and testimonials.
Honest & Accurate Representation You must promote French Farmacie’s products truthfully and accurately. We encourage sharing your authentic experiences, but you must avoid any misleading or false statements about our products or their effects.
No Drug Claims French Farmacie products are luxurious cosmetics, developed to enhance and nurture the skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any diseases or medical conditions. Therefore, you must refrain from making any "drug claims" about our products.
Transparency: Your FTC Disclosures Transparency is a cornerstone of our brand. For every piece of content where you promote French Farmacie products or use your affiliate links, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with us.
How to Disclose:
Clear and Conspicuous Language: Use terms like "Ad," "Sponsored," "Paid Partnership," or relevant hashtags such as #ad. The disclosure must be easy to see and understand.
Prime Placement: Your disclosure must appear early and visibly in your content. Do not hide it behind a “read more” link, at the very end of lengthy posts, or in tiny print.
PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Guidelines: If you engage in PPC advertising, you must adhere to the following:
You may not bid on any of our trademarked terms, including any variations or misspellings thereof.
You may not use our trademarked terms in sequence with any other keyword (e.g., “French Farmacie Coupons”).
You may not use our trademarked terms in your ad title, ad copy, display name, or as the display URL.
Coupon & Promotion Guidelines:
You may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are provided to you directly through Awin.
You may not advertise coupon codes obtained from our non-affiliate advertising, customer emails, or any other source.
Transactions using non-approved coupon codes will result in commission reversals.
Prohibited Marketing Practices You must refrain from engaging in any prohibited marketing practices, including, but not limited to, spam, cookie stuffing, or any form of deceptive advertising. Our aim is to always present our brand with integrity.
3. Commission & Payment
Payment Details
Commissions are tracked and validated by Awin.
Payments are made by Awin according to their payment schedule.
4. Intellectual Property
License to Use French Farmacie Materials grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our trademarks, logos, and approved promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products as part of this Agreement. All materials for use can be found within the Awin interface.
Restrictions on Use: You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works from French Farmacie’s intellectual property. You must not use our trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership beyond this affiliate relationship. The use of our trademarked terms as part of your domain or sub-domain is strictly prohibited.
5. Term & Termination
Agreement Duration: This Agreement begins once you are accepted into our program and continues until terminated by either party.
Termination Rights: French Farmacie reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these terms. Either you or French Farmacie may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all French Farmacie intellectual property and promotional materials. Any outstanding commissions earned prior to the effective date of termination will be paid out according to the payment terms.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Limitation of Liability: French Farmacie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless French Farmacie, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your breach of any term of this Agreement.
Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Your negligent or willful misconduct in promoting French Farmacie’s products.
7. Updates to This Agreement
French Farmacie reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via the Awin platform or email. Your continued participation in the program after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
