By applying to and participating in the Dr. Gummy Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Joining the Program
By completing the affiliate application and being approved, you become an official affiliate of Dr. Gummy. Your participation in the program is for the purpose of promoting Dr. Gummy products and earning commissions on valid, tracked sales referred through your approved affiliate links or discount codes.
Dr. Gummy reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote Dr. Gummy in a lawful, honest, and ethical manner
- Comply with all applicable advertising, marketing, and consumer protection laws
- Follow all email marketing and anti-spam regulations (including CAN-SPAM)
- Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law
You may only earn commissions while your affiliate account is active and in good standing.
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause.
3. Affiliate Relationship
You are considered an independent affiliate partner, not an employee, partner, or agent of Dr. Gummy.
Dr. Gummy makes no guarantees regarding sales, performance, or earnings. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to participation in the program.
4. Commission & Tracking
Affiliate tracking is handled through approved tracking links and/or custom discount codes.
- A cookie is placed when a user clicks your affiliate link
- Commissions are awarded when a valid purchase is completed within the cookie window
- Dr. Gummy reserves the right to reverse commissions for refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or invalid orders
Tracking errors, interruptions, or technical issues may occur, and Dr. Gummy is not liable for losses caused by such issues.
5. Use of Affiliate Links & Creative Assets
Affiliates may:
- Use approved tracking links, banners, text links, and custom discount codes
- Create their own promotional content, provided it is accurate and appropriate
- Promote online or offline (blogs, social media, email, print), where allowed
Affiliates may NOT:
- Misrepresent Dr. Gummy or make false health claims
- Imply endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship
- Frame, copy, or mimic the Dr. Gummy website or branding
- Use deceptive redirects, pop-ups, or cookie stuffing techniques
6. Email Marketing Guidelines
If promoting via email:
- You must comply with all anti-spam laws
Emails must be sent on your behalf (not impersonating Dr. Gummy)
You may not imply emails are sent directly from Dr. Gummy
7. PPC & Paid Advertising Guidelines
Affiliates participating in paid search or paid ads must follow these rules:
- Trademark bidding is NOT allowed
- You may not bid on “Dr. Gummy” or any misspellings or variations
- You may not use Dr. Gummy trademarks in ad copy, display URLs, or titles
- Direct-linking to the Dr. Gummy website from paid ads is prohibited
- Ads must direct traffic to your own website or content first
Violations may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
8. Coupon & Deal Guidelines
Coupon and deal affiliates must follow these rules:
- Only promote coupon codes provided through the affiliate program
Coupons must be shown clearly with correct terms and expiration dates
You may not promote private, expired, or leaked codes
Custom discount codes may not be shared on third-party deal sites or forums you do not own
Attempts to bypass coupon restrictions will result in removal from the program
9. Domain Name Restrictions
Affiliates may NOT:
- Register or use domain names containing “Dr. Gummy” or similar variations
- Create websites that appear to be owned or operated by Dr. Gummy
10. Social Media Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Dr. Gummy on their own social media channels using approved links or discount codes.
Affiliates may NOT:
- Post affiliate links or codes on Dr. Gummy’s official social media pages
- Impersonate Dr. Gummy accounts or representatives
11. Program Violations & Termination
Dr. Gummy reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Fraudulent or misleading activity
- Trademark violations
- Coupon abuse
- Spam or unethical promotion
- Low-quality or non-compliant traffic
Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be voided.
12. Changes to Terms
Dr. Gummy may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
