TurboTech Co. – Branding Guidelines

These Branding Guidelines are designed to ensure consistent, accurate, and professional representation of the TurboTech Co. brand across all affiliate marketing channels.

1. Brand Usage Overview

Affiliates may promote TurboTech Co. products using approved brand assets and accurate descriptions. All brand usage must reflect TurboTech Co.’s positioning as a modern, reliable, and customer-focused technology brand.

Brand representation must never be misleading, exaggerated, or deceptive.

2. Approved Brand Name Usage

Affiliates may use the following brand names only as written:
• TurboTech Co.

Do not alter spelling, spacing, capitalization, or add modifiers.

Examples of prohibited usage:
• Turbo-Tech
• Turbo Tech Store
• TurboTech Official
• TurboTech Deals
• TurboTech™ (unless provided in official assets)

3. Logos & Creative Assets
• Affiliates may use official TurboTech logos, banners, and product images provided through Awin or directly by TurboTech Co.
• Logos may not be modified, distorted, recolored, animated, or overlaid with text.
• Do not create custom logos, icons, or variations of the TurboTech brand.

If no official assets are available, affiliates may use unmodified product images from TurboTech’s website.

4. Website, Domain & Social Media Usage

Affiliates may not:
• Register domains containing “TurboTech” or close variations
• Create social media handles or usernames using the TurboTech brand
• Imply they are the official TurboTech website, store, or support team

Acceptable:
• Editorial content, reviews, comparisons, and third-party commentary that clearly identifies the affiliate as an independent publisher.

5. Paid Search & Advertising

Unless explicitly approved in writing:
• No bidding on TurboTech Co. branded keywords, misspellings, or close variations
• No direct linking from paid ads to TurboTech URLs
• No use of TurboTech brand name in ad copy headlines designed to impersonate the brand

6. Content Standards

Affiliates must:
• Use accurate product descriptions
• Avoid false claims, guarantees, or exaggerated performance statements
• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law (FTC, local regulations)

Prohibited content includes:
• Misleading pricing or fake discounts
• Unapproved coupons or expired offers
• Adult, illegal, hateful, or inappropriate content

7. Coupons, Deals & Promotions

Coupon and deal affiliates must:
• Promote only verified, approved offers
• Remove expired or invalid coupon codes promptly
• Avoid messaging such as “exclusive,” “guaranteed,” or “secret” unless explicitly authorized

8. Email & Messaging

Email promotions are allowed only to opt-in audiences and must comply with all applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

Affiliates may not:
• Send emails that appear to be sent by TurboTech Co.
• Use TurboTech branding in sender names or email domains

9. Compliance & Enforcement

TurboTech Co. reserves the right to:
• Request removal or modification of any non-compliant branding
• Reverse commissions resulting from brand violations
• Suspend or terminate affiliates who repeatedly fail to comply

Affiliates seeking clarification or approval for custom creatives, paid advertising, or branding use should contact TurboTech Co. through the Awin platform.
