1. Tracking, Deep Links & Creative
Affiliates may create and use custom deep links and text links to any valid Khalhon product or collection page through the Awin platform.
Approved banners, links, and creative assets are available via Awin Toolbox and may be used across content, social, and approved media placements.
2. Commission & Validation
Affiliates earn commission on all successfully completed and paid orders tracked via Awin.
Orders that are cancelled, returned, duplicated, or fraudulent will not be commissionable.
Commission is calculated on the net order value, excluding VAT, shipping, refunds, and payment processing fees.
Khalhon operates on a last-click attribution model with a 30-day cookie window, ensuring partners are rewarded for driving the final conversion.
3. Approved Promotional Channels
Affiliates may promote Khalhon through:
Content websites and blogs
Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Email marketing to opted-in audiences only
Influencer, community, and editorial platforms
All content must represent Khalhon’s brand positioning, pricing, and products accurately.
4. Paid Search (PPC & SEM Policy)
To protect both affiliates and the Khalhon brand:
4.1 Brand Keyword Restrictions
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on, display ads for, or target any Khalhon brand terms, including:
“Khalhon”
“Khalhon’”
Misspellings or close variations
Brand + generic combinations (e.g. “Khalhon golf”, “Khalhon apparel”)
These must be added as negative keywords in all paid search campaigns.
4.2 Ad Copy & Display URL
Affiliates may not:
Use Khalhon or any variation of the brand name in ad titles, ad copy, or display URLs
Use Khalhon in subdomains or subfolders
(e.g. khalhon.affiliatesite.com or affiliatesite.com/khalhon)
4.3 Permitted PPC Activity
Affiliates may bid on and advertise using generic golf, fashion, and lifestyle keywords that do not include Khalhon branding, as long as traffic is directed to approved Khalhon landing pages via Awin tracking links.
5. SEO & Link Requirements
Affiliates must not attempt to rank for Khalhon brand terms through domains, page titles, meta tags, or headings.
When linking to Khalhon via content or editorial placements, affiliates are strongly encouraged to use “nofollow” links to protect the brand and avoid search engine conflicts.

6. Voucher, Coupon & Offer Policy
Only official Khalhon discount codes issued and tracked through Awin may be promoted.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from publishing:
Non-existing, leaked, or self-created codes
Expired or unapproved Khalhon offers
Violations may result in commission reversal or removal from the programme.
7. Data, Automation & Scraping
Affiliates may not use:
Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction
Bots, click-injection, or forced redirects
Unauthorized API usage
Affiliates wishing to display product listings must use approved Khalhon feeds or creative assets only.
8. Data Protection & Compliance
Affiliates must comply with GDPR, ePrivacy, and all applicable data protection laws.
Tracking must reflect genuine user-initiated interactions only.
9. Programme Updates
Khalhon may update commission rates, policies, or programme rules with advance notice via the Awin platform.
Changes will be communicated transparently to allow affiliates to adjust their activity.
10. Breach of Terms
Any breach of these Terms — including fraud, brand misuse, unauthorized PPC, or misleading promotion — may result in:
Commission cancellation
Immediate suspension or removal from the programme
These measures protect Khalhon and legitimate partners.
