Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions before joining or participating in the Rae Wellness Affiliate Program (“Program”). These terms are intentionally written in clear, non-legal language to ensure they are easily understood and followed. Adherence to these terms helps protect Rae Wellness, our customers, and our affiliates while ensuring the Program remains compliant, fair, and sustainable.
Definitions
As used in these Terms:
- “We,” “us,” or “our” refers to Rae Wellness
- “You,” “your,” or “affiliate” refers to the Affiliate, Publisher, or Creator
- “Our website” refers to www.raewellness.co and any related domains
- “Your website” refers to any website, landing page, social account, email list, or platform used to promote Rae Wellness
- “Program” refers to the Rae Wellness Affiliate Program
PPC & Paid Advertising Guidelines
If you participate in pay-per-click (PPC), paid search, paid social, native ads, or any form of paid media, you must comply with the following rules.
Prohibited PPC & Paid Advertising Activities
Affiliates may NOT:
- Bid on Rae Wellness trademarked terms, including any variations, misspellings, abbreviations, or phonetic equivalents, in any language or region, including but not limited to “Rae Wellness,” “Raewellness,” “Rae vitamins,” or “Rae supplements.”
- Bid on Rae Wellness product names, including but not limited to In the Mood, or any variation or misspelling thereof.
- Bid on brand plus navigational or intent-based keywords, including “Rae Wellness official,” “Rae Wellness website,” “Rae Wellness reviews,” or “Rae Wellness login.”
- Use Rae Wellness trademarks or product names in ad copy, headlines, display URLs, extensions, or creative text.
- Use Rae Wellness trademarks or product names in domain names, subdomains, URLs, or social handles, including coupon- or review-style domains.
- Direct-link paid ads to the Rae Wellness website without prior written approval.
- Bid on prohibited or restricted keywords, including misleading health, medical, or supplement-related terms, in any country.
- Use deceptive or exaggerated advertising practices, including guarantees, before-and-after imagery, or time-based results.
Coupon & Deal Keyword Exception
Affiliates MAY bid on trademark plus coupon-intent keywords only under the following conditions:
- Permitted keyword examples include “Rae Wellness coupon(s),” “Rae Wellness promo code(s),” “Rae Wellness coupon code(s),” “Rae Wellness discount code(s),” and “Rae Wellness voucher.”
- Ads must link to a dedicated coupon or deals page only.
- Direct linking to the Rae Wellness homepage or product pages is prohibited.
- Coupon information must be accurate, current, and not misleading.
- Phrase match or modified broad match must be used.
- A negative keyword list including “Rae Wellness” as an exact match must be applied to all campaigns and re-applied to each new campaign.
Product Claims & Regulatory Compliance
Affiliates may not make medical, therapeutic, or disease-related claims about Rae Wellness products.
This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to:
- Libido or sexual performance
- Hormonal balance or hormone regulation
- Mental health conditions such as anxiety or depression
- Sexual dysfunction or arousal disorders
- Structure/function-level effects
Affiliates may not imply that Rae Wellness products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Sensitive Products & Language (Including
In the Mood)
For products related to mood, stress, libido, or sexual wellness, affiliates must use general wellness language only.
Affiliates may NOT:
- Use explicit or graphic sexual language or imagery
- Make sexual performance guarantees
- Use before-and-after claims
- Promise specific or time-based results
- Compare products to prescription medications
- Personal anecdotes must be framed as individual experiences and may not be presented as typical or guaranteed outcomes.
FTC Endorsements & Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with Rae Wellness in accordance with FTC guidelines.
Disclosures must:
- Be unavoidable and easy to notice
- Appear near the beginning of the content
- Not be hidden behind “see more” links or buried in hashtags
- Approved disclosures include “#ad,” “#paidpartner,” or clear language such as “I earn commissions from Rae Wellness.”
Required FDA Disclaimer
When referencing product benefits or wellness support, affiliates must include the following disclaimer clearly and nearby:
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Email Marketing
Email marketing is permitted only under the following conditions:
- All campaigns must be fully CAN-SPAM compliant
- Affiliates must obtain prior written approval before launching any email campaigns
- Rae Wellness may require suppression list coordination
Unauthorized email campaigns will be considered a violation of these Terms
Content Accuracy, Reviews & AI Usage
Affiliates may NOT:
- Publish fake or fabricated reviews or testimonials
- Present AI-generated content as genuine consumer experience
- Create misleading review, complaint, or comparison websites
- Make superiority claims over named competitors
International Promotion
Affiliates may not promote or target Rae Wellness outside of the United States without prior written approval. Promotion in other countries may be subject to additional restrictions or denial due to regulatory requirements.
Platform Restrictions
Rae Wellness reserves the right to restrict or prohibit affiliate activity on specific advertising platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or others, at any time.
Approval by an advertising platform does not guarantee compliance with these Terms.
Pricing, Subscriptions & Offers
Affiliates may not:
- Misrepresent pricing, discounts, or product availability
- Misstate subscription terms, renewal frequency, or cancellation policies
- Promote unauthorized “exclusive,” “private,” or misleading offers
Monitoring, Enforcement & Crisis Response
Rae Wellness reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity at any time.
If a violation is identified:
- The affiliate will be notified via email
- The affiliate must immediately pause or remove the non-compliant activity
- Written confirmation of resolution is required
- Affiliates must comply with content removal or edit requests within 24 hours.
- Serious or repeated violations may result in:
- Commission reversals
- Temporary suspension
- Immediate or permanent removal from the Program
Rae Wellness reserves the right to immediately suspend affiliates in cases of high legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Final Authority
Rae Wellness reserves the right to interpret, enforce, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All compliance and enforcement decisions made by Rae Wellness are final.
