Effective immediately, participation in the Happibee affiliate program is subject to the following terms:
1. Approved Publisher Types
Happibee works exclusively with content-driven and audience-led publishers, including:
Content websites and blogs
Editorial and review publishers
Social media creators and influencers
Community, niche, or discovery platforms
All publishers are manually reviewed and approved.
2. Prohibited Publisher Types
The following publisher models are strictly prohibited and will not be approved:
Cashback or loyalty websites
Voucher, coupon, or deal websites
Browser extensions, toolbars, or plug-ins
Rebate, points, or rewards programs
Incentivized traffic of any kind
Sub-affiliate networks
Pop-ups, pop-unders, or forced redirects
Any publisher found operating under these models will be removed without notice and commissions voided.
3. PPC, Trademark & URL Restrictions
Publishers may not:
Bid on “Happibee” or any misspellings in paid search
Bid on branded terms such as “Happibee coupon,” “Happibee promo,” or similar
Use Happibee trademarks, brand name, or domain in URLs or subdomains
Register domains that imply an official relationship with Happibee
Direct linking to happibee.com from paid ads is not permitted.
4. Promotional Conduct
Publishers must:
Accurately represent Happibee products and brand
Avoid misleading claims, pricing, or guarantees
Use original, value-adding content
Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law
Automated, scraped, AI-generated, or thin content created solely for ranking purposes is not permitted.
5. Commission Validation
Commissions are validated after the 60-day returns and cancellations period
Happibee reserves the right to reverse commissions for returned, cancelled, fraudulent, or invalid transactions
Orders identified as non-incremental or policy-violating may be declined
6. Right to Amend & Terminate
Happibee reserves the right to:
Reject or remove any publisher at its sole discretion
Amend commission rates or program terms with notice
Void commissions resulting from policy violations
Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
