Publishers must adhere to the following branding guidelines when promoting Happibee:
Brand Usage
The Happibee brand name may be used only in editorial or descriptive context
Publishers may not represent themselves as Happibee, an official Happibee partner, or an employee of Happibee
Use of Happibee logos, trademarks, or brand assets requires prior written approval
Prohibited Brand Uses
Publishers may not:
Use “Happibee” or variations in domain names, subdomains, social handles, or usernames
Create pages, ads, or profiles that appear to be official Happibee properties
Use brand terms in paid ads, display URLs, or ad copy
Use misleading language such as “official,” “exclusive,” or “authorized” without permission
Creative & Content Standards
Content must be original, accurate, and value-adding
Automated, scraped, misleading, or low-quality content is not permitted
All promotions must comply with applicable advertising and disclosure laws (FTC, etc.)
Enforcement
Happibee reserves the right to:
Request removal or modification of any non-compliant branding
Withhold or reverse commissions for violations
Remove publishers from the program at its discretion
Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these branding guidelines.
