MONDLY AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS &CONDITIONS
Please read our affiliate terms and conditions carefully before you join our program or begin marketing our program. This is a legal agreement between you and ATi Studios / Mondlyby submitting the online application you are agreeing that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you agree to be legally responsible for each and every term and condition. Each Affiliate is responsible for assuring that its employees, agents and contractors comply with these terms and conditions.
Definitions
As used in these terms and conditions: (I) “We”, “us”, or “our” refers to ATi Studios / Mondly and our website/s; (II) “you” or “your” refers to the Affiliate; (III) “your website” refers to any websites where you will link to our website; (IV) “Program” refers to the Mondly Affiliate Program.
Enrollment
After receiving your application, we will review your website and notify you of your acceptance or rejection into our Program within 72 hours. We reserve the right to reject any application, but if you feel we have made an incorrect decision, please reach out to us. Including all of the websites that you use, as well as a short plan on how you intend to promote Mondly, in your profile will help us make a more documented decision.
Website Restrictions
- Your participating website/s may not:
- Use another person’s copyrighted material or other intellectual property in violation of the law or any third party rights.
- Violate any law or regulation.
- Promote sexually explicit materials, violence, discrimination, and/or illegal activities.
- Contain any form of malware.
- Contain software/technology that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program.
Affiliate Linking
When accepted into our Affiliate Program, links will be made available to you through the affiliate interface. Your application to our program means you agree to the following:
- You will only use affiliate links obtained from the affiliate interface, without manipulation.
- You may not create or design your website or any other website that you operate, explicitly or implied in a manner that resembles our website, nor design your website in a manner that leads customers to believe you are ATi Studios / Mondly or any other affiliated business.
- You may not engage in cookie stuffing or include false or misleading links on your website.
PPC Guidelines
If you run PPC advertising campaigns, you must adhere to our PPC guidelines as follows:
- You may not bid on any of our trademarked terms (listed below), including any variations or misspellings, unless you have written approval from the Mondly Affiliate Program Manager.
- You may not bid on our trademarked terms in sequence with any other keyword (i.e. Mondly Coupons), unless you have written approval from the Mondly Affiliate Program Manager.
- You may not use our trademarked terms in your ads, unless you have written approval from the Mondly Affiliate Program Manager.
- You may not directly link to our website from any Pay Per Click ad or use redirects that have the same result. Affiliates must be directed to a page on your website.
Trademarked Terms: Mondly, Mondly Languages, Mondly AR, Mondly VR, mondlyWORKS, Mondly Kids, mondlyEDU, mondlyCARES.
Coupon Site Guidelines
You must adhere to our Coupon Guidelines as follows:
- You may only advertise coupon codes that are provided to you through the affiliate program or network. You may NOT advertise coupon codes obtained from our non-affiliate campaigns.
- Onclick through, you must link directly to our website- framing of our website is prohibited.
- Cookie stuffing: You must not mislead customers into clicking on an offer or coupon that does not exist or practice similarly deceptive tactics, which include, but are not limited to: Using knowingly expired offers or presenting offers that do not exist or are not affiliate offers, Presenting a button that claims to show all offers that sets the affiliate cookie in the background, Generating a click or sets the cookie from the action of copying a coupon code or though a pop under.
Domain Names
Use of any of our trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website is strictly prohibited.
Email campaigns
If you intend to promote our Program via e-mail campaigns, you must adhere to the following:
- Abide by all state and federal consumer protection laws and regulations including the FTC Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, and EU Privacy Law.
- E-mail must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that the e-mail is being sent on behalf of Mondly / ATi Studios.
- E-mails must first be submitted to us for approval prior to being sent.
Social media
You are prohibited from posting your affiliate links on Mondly's Facebook, Twitter, etc. pages. It is not permitted to use the @ symbol so that your post shows up on the our page.
Reversal Policy
Wereserve the right to reverse orders due to order cancellations, duplicate tracking, returns, disputed charges, and program violations as outlined in these terms and conditions.
Additionally, if we ask you for clarification or more information on any orders or clicks that wesuspect may be in violation of our terms and conditions, we expect that you will respond in a timely and honest manner.
