femme – Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
1. Programme Overview
femme operates an affiliate programme that allows approved publishers (“Affiliates”) to promote Femme products and earn commission on valid, tracked sales in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Brand Usage & Trademarks
Affiliates may use femme’s brand name, trademarks, and approved creative assets solely for the purpose of promoting approved femme offers.
Brand usage must be accurate, professional, and not misleading. Affiliates must not alter branding or messaging in a way that misrepresents femme, its products, pricing, or offers.
Affiliates must not present themselves as femme, an official representative, or imply an exclusive or authorised partnership unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Paid Search (PPC)
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on femme’s brand name, brand misspellings, or close variations in paid search activity unless prior written approval has been granted by femme.
Direct linking from paid search ads to Femme’s website is not permitted without approval.
4. Domains, URLs & Social Media
Affiliates may not register, purchase, or use domain names, subdomains, social media accounts, usernames, or handles that include femme’s brand name or close variations thereof.
5. Promotional Methods
Affiliates must only use lawful, ethical, and brand-appropriate promotional methods. The following are strictly prohibited:
Misleading or false claims
Fake discounts or unauthorised offers
Spam (including unsolicited email or messages)
Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
Use of malware, adware, or intrusive software
All promotions must clearly represent the genuine customer journey.
6. Content Accuracy & Compliance
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring all content is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards (including disclosure requirements where applicable).
7. Commission & Validation
Commission is payable only on valid, tracked, and approved transactions.
femme reserves the right to reject transactions that are cancelled, returned, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise invalid in line with Awin’s tracking and validation processes.
8. Programme Monitoring & Enforcement
femme reserves the right to:
Monitor affiliate activity
Request changes to non-compliant promotions
Withhold or reverse commission generated through prohibited activity
Suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for breach of these Terms
9. Amendments
femme may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Femme’s operating jurisdiction.
